I agree on the cosmopolitan. Great hotel not sure how much you're looking to spend but their suites are very nice and have a balcony that overlooks the Bellagio water show. inside of the cosmopolitan, there is a pizzeria called secret pizza, which is pretty dang good, they also have a speakeasy inside the hotel, and a beautiful chandelier Bar. There is a speakeasy in old Vegas on Fremont street which was tons of fun called the laundry room, but you'll have to make reservations in advance. And they have some interesting 1920s prohibition rules, and they can create cocktails based off your palate, which is fun. As far as food, there are tons of great options I love SW steakhouse, sit outside, and you get yourself a free show that isn't too shabby. Piero's For some fantastic Italian food, it's a bit off the strip, but honestly worth the ride. This restaurant was shown in the movie Casino. I would do a nightcap at the Skyfall lounge located at Mandalay Bay.
we went to the Eiffel tower for a nice brunch, they also have a graveyard of old signs somewhere in Vegas I don't really recall where, I believe it's called the neon museum. I've been a handful of times in my life and I absolutely love it. If there's anything I can do please let me know.
