I'm going to say something way off base here and say... I don't care. Do I want us to win one, yes! But I for one have gotten so obsessed with winning a superbowl, that I haven't really enjoyed just watching the team play.

We are at a point that was expected though. Due to age and injuries it's time for "pruning" of this roster. I felt it should have happened this year,but they decided to " run it back" ( I hate that term) and it failed. But that happens. I hope Beane learned his lesson,and cuts bait this year with every contract that needs to be, and really hits on the draft. I figure this is a retool year where we go 9-8 or 10-7 with a wild card spot hopefully, and come roaring back in 2025.

Milano, and now Kincaid. Cook is coming on, but Diggs has fallen off. We need a hand full of studs to help get the team where we want.

The Bill has come due as Beane predicted. He thought we would win a superbowl with who we have and didn't. Most everyone that would be considered the current "Core" is under contract. Its time to take a year, clean the bad cap off the books and hope we hit on the Draft. Im not touching Diggs or Von's contracts. We cant afford to push bad cap numbers into upcoming years.

Its up to his wife. Thats not some BS knock, when you are married and have a kid you gotta run it past the boss. Less millions is still Millions and thats how I would look at it But the locker room has seen him contribute next to nothing in over 2 years and coming off another major injury that imho is worse than an ACL for a CB. They also understand the business.

I'm kind of shocked we haven't heard anything yet, with FA 3.5 weeks away. The Combine is on the 26th, and I think things heat up that week with moves, cuts, restructures...maybe trades.

Why does anyone care about probowl, and MVP? It's all media narrative driven Bull **** and has been for awhile now. Troy Aikman never was MVP to the best of my knowledge, but has 3 superbowl rings and a Gold jacket. I bet Josh hopes he has the same vs. An MVP.

Injuries or not this DL just doesn't have studs, just JAGS outside of Oliver. We need DE's that can get to the QB.
