We aren't done with the abortion wars by any means. My prediction: it will involve interstate travel to obtain an abortion. And I don't see how that resolves in a pretty way. SCOTUS erred with Roe V Wade by agreeing to listen to the case in the first place. The US constitution is clear, Abortion is not a protected, or even listed, Right in the constitution, therefore its a States issue. Even RBG said she knew it was going to come back to SCOTUS at some point and be overturned. Proponents of abortion are missing the point they have MORE power by forcing it on a state ballot to be voted on like it was in 3 states last night. Florida voted it down, which can happen. You are right, some women will need to travel, but the option hasn't been totally taken away.

Well he favors Iran and Iraq so... One of my lasting memories of a president is the look on W's face when that secret service member whispered in his ear what had happened while he was in the classroom reading to kids. It was a human being, and American, being told that on his presidential watch, we were under attack. That the world trade centers have been hit. You saw a president have a pure human moment, one that we all shared, right then. I cut him a lot of slack for having to deal with that.

I think it goes back to 08' under Obama when we saw the rise of the "leftist". Even Leftists were against Obama and true Democrats and Liberals. At some point we need to understand that this ideology was put here in the US for one reason and that was to destroy us from within. From Soros, to China, to Russia they are backing this movement. The True liberals, the true Democrats (and I am a died in the wool Conservative saying this) need to end the Leftist movement and destroy it. Get back to wanting Peace, to working with everyone to make the entire country and everyone in it better and prosperous.

I am not for Extremists on either side. I feel most of life's issues can be resolved "in the middle". I see it as the yin yang symbol, conservatives and liberals can keep their core values (smallest part of the middle line) but the biggest progress to keep peace and harmony is by bending (the Biggest part of that Curve). As to where it went sideways? When Democrats quit being liberal and started moving to a woke, extremist left ideology. This election was decided on that, from the economy, to boarders, to letting men play in woman's sports, to worrying more about pronoun's and what restroom a kid can use in school. Get back to teaching Math, science, etc. in Schools. Get back to celebrating the differences, and commonalities, of Biological women and men, get back to allowing anyone who wants in the US to be vetted then EARNING the right to be here through proper channels. Get back to being more concerned with the Working class than Elitists, and allowing them to influence all politicians, Get back to being energy independent and being a strong force on the world stage and things will turn around quickly.
