  1. I have bought stuff for four people already, I was so proud of myself... and then I realized I think I paid a scammer via an instagram ad....Damn gilmore girls advent calendar.....So now I am in the process of getting my money back. Bought two of those abercrombie team throwback sweaters for my father in law and uncle...Eagles and Giants fans...Bought myself a Bills one too so I can dress like Marv Levy around the house....tip for anyone buying one of these, they are like a size bigger than they say.
  2. so there is a worry its a long term issue with Rapp?
  3. i agree 100%. It makes sense that cook was livid on the sideline. They were just starting to get a push in the running game.
  4. I don't think it was just that. He had some weird issues. They claimed he did not want to play hurt and he was a different player on the road.
  5. Traditionally when teams get the ball via a takeaway or a big stop and are around midfield they take shots or run gadget/trick plays. After looking at it again today it was a mess from the start. Its a shame Samuels wasn't just tackled and they moved on to third down. The risk in this play was way too high to run at that time. the flip side I guess is that if dawkins kicks van noy way out wide and allen can step into the throw he might have hollins in the endzone on the sideline and all of a sudden its a 21-17 game. doesn't matter now.
  6. He has some quirky issues which is why Dallas dumped him for a 5th round pick. Not sure he would enjoy playing in the Buffalo weather (yes I know he is in Cleveland). When He was in Dallas he basically was different guy in road games.
  7. yea it looks like dawkins was supposed to push him really wide allowing the handoff to Allen and he then would have reset in the Pocket. If you look at torrance and brown they push their guy way inside on purpose which would have set Allen up in a nice comfortable spot in the pocket....which begs the question on why a trick play that really does nothing. If they want to do this type of stuff go old school and run a flea flicker. anyway, everyone blamed torrance last night and to me it looks like Dawkins inabilty to push van noy further up the field (or at all) ruined the play...it disrupted the timing off the pitch to allen and caused allen do have to retreat. Just terrible all around. If dawkins gets his block Allen probably takes the shot to hollins because he had the corner beat and the safety was too far upfield it looks like. Probably a contested catch right on the sideline in the endzone. Its too bad they just didn't tackle Samuels before he pitched it!
  8. this play makes the hamlin fake punt play seem brilliant. ? To top it off they allowed 4 free rushers to him as he is getting the ball. This was designed to be given back to Allen who would end up back in the pocket and then he would have two options deep. Coleman was not deep enough to validate running this play and Hollins would have been open I guess. The best thing that could have happened there was Samuels just got tackled and held the ball. Once he pitched it to Allen, Allen was pinned down in the corner with 4 free rushers in his face. Dawkins completely whiffed and ruined the whole damn play. Just a clusterfudge of nonsense when they had momentum and were running the ball finally.
  9. yes but it was the third quarter and he was just getting started. If they dont run that play and he gets maybe 10 more carries and they make it a game or comeback to win he might have ended up with like 17 or 20 for 100 or so yards and maybe a TD. You could literally see the difference, the line was finally getting push and he was going through the holes like he normally does. Then they killed it on a bad play.
  10. Dan Fetes said on the buffalo plus postgame yesterday that Cook was livid on the sideline after they ran the option/trick play. He had every right to be. They were moving guys up front and he was just getting going and then they run one of the worst plays ever, pinning down the focal point of the offense in a corner with 4 unblocked guys running full speed at him. It was awful. I hope cook has a huge game this week.
  11. they are, they fix everything. and we will all see that when they trade for Adams and Hopkins. That will fix everything and the Bills will never lose again.
  12. probably not, I don't see the bills winning another game this year. Soft, Bad OC, All the WR are garbage and you can not beat any good teams with this group of wr, the kicker is the worst in the league and the head coach is terrible. The jets do everything right and have a great kicker, one of the great thinkers of our time at quarterback and a tremendous head coach who is in lock step with his team and man are their wr great. Probably Jets 49-6 in NJ and 42-12 in Buffalo. 3-14 is on deck and then next year all ten draft picks will be WR to solve all the teams problems, might even hire Jerry Rice to be head coach because WR are great head coaches too.
  13. The Bills are a nickel based zone team. They pretty much always play their safeties deep. Its the defense they have been running for 8 years. You didn't want their kicker to be in the game at all yesterday? So before the game you wanted the team to make him inactive and go for it on every 4th down and go for two on every touchdown?
  14. they blew a game to the raiders they were winning and basically did the same against Dallas who recovered an onsides which may not see happen again this year. The Chiefs have their number.
  15. It seems every time they bring him in and give him the ball their is a free rusher in his face the second he gets the ball. Would love to see them come out and throw him a wheel route and have him make a big play so they can stop just attacking when he is in the game.
  16. We shall see. I think it was more of a matchup issue and falling behind early personally. Teams have bad matchups sometimes and just get whipped. That happened to Buffalo last night. Can other teams replicate their front and the environment? I am not so sure about that.
  17. and? The Chiefs beat them again in week 1. Lamar Jackson is 1-5 against the Chiefs. For some reason they play them really well. They struggle in their divisional games each year also. Doesn't change the fact that they hand out beatings at home and usually in primetime games.
  18. They have blown out all of the leagues best teams over the past year, SF, Houston, Det, Dallas, Buff etc. They are a unicorn with one of the leagues fastest running backs playing Quarterback for them. They present a challenge absolutely no one else can duplicate. They kill people in the regular season and then stumble in the playoffs with Jackson every year.
  19. That stat is a tribute to the players and coaches here but really breaking the streak vs that ravens team at home in a primetime game is no big deal. I imagine the Bills staff like all the staffs they blew out last year and Dallas last weekend will watch the tape and go geez these guys kicked our tails at the line of scrimmage, thank god we don't have to play them again.
  20. what adjustments did Houston, Detroit, Seattle or SF last year make after the Ravens stole their manhood and bullied them? Credit the Ravens and move on.
  21. Listen People when the Ravens are at home and they are on their game they blow people out this is what they do. Just look at last year, without Derrick Henry mind you...Check out the blowouts they handed out last year. So if you want to get crazy and say the Bills are soft and not physical enough well, Is Detroit physical? How about Cleveland? San Francisco...the answer is yes. If you want to attack their Wide Receivers and the offensive coordinator well, Does Detroit, Seattle, Miami or SF have good WR? This website has told me everyday for two years now that those teams have great wr....and OC's yea Houston, Detroit, SF, Miami and Cleveland have pretty good ones. Credit the Ravens, Hope we are healthy next week and move on. Baltimore did what they do at home in the regular season. Find some great music and enjoy the Mets-Braves doubleheader..... I have Jackson Browne's Running On Empty at the moment go find yours! 2023 Week 1 - Baltimore 25 Houston 9 Week 4 -Baltimore 28 - Cleveland 3 Week 7 - Baltimore 38 - Detroit 6 Week 9 - Baltimore 37 - Seattle 3 Week 16 - Baltimore 33 - San Francisco 19 Week 17 - Baltimore 56 - Miami 19 Divisional Round - Baltimore 34 - Houston 10
  22. Oh god. this was probably typed and saved in July and finally because they lost he got to post it. It was a bad matchup for Buffalo tonight on the road and they played poorly on top of it. It’s a long season. All these declarations after a loss in September are pretty telling from people.
  23. he demanded to be traded. How can anyone not see this still. He is a selfish prick who the bills had to dump and take the dead money hit because he would have been impossible in the locker room.
  24. every week is matchups. Records mean nothing when the game is played. Next week Buffalo plays a team with a qb who likes to hold the ball and can not really move and has some weak spots on their O-Line. Totally different game. this is a really tough game for buffalo when they are healthy, with backups in it is a really difficult matchup. Baltimore does this every year to people because they have one of fastest running backs in the league playing qb.
  25. not a single running play in this situation is not smart. The game is over stop throwing every down.
