He will still be able to make all the throws considering he has a gun for an arm and will be able to do so for quite a while. He is still able to move around the pocket to avoid the rush. He also can probably pick up first downs running if it's a manageable down and distance as well as being effective with the tush push. But I think the days of him making those long runs where he picks 30-40 or more yards like he did earlier in his career are probably over. He probably has lost a step at 30 and you know he definitely will as he gets older. At some point in the future Josh is going to have to turn into a pocket passer like Elway did.
