I have mentioned this in another thread but if I were Terry Pegula I would look at teams who have been very successful with the draft since that is where the foundation of your team is built. The Eagles, Ravens, Chiefs are examples of this. Look at assistant GM's as well as their scouts. We all complain about Beane and McDermott, but the Bills have struck out too many times with their draft picks especially in the early rounds and the Bills scouts need to be held accountable. As for a new HC I would let the new GM make the call on that. But a GM and scouting staff with a history of being successful with the draft is what is needed here. You want a stronger team supporting Allen then this is the way to go about doing that.

The only way the Pats lose this Thursday is if they turn the ball over and play sloppy. The Pats are well coached, so I don't see a letdown coming from them. Garrett Wilson hurt his knee vs the Browns and will miss 3 to 4 weeks. If the Pats D stops Breece then how will the Jets score. Fields isn't beating them. The Jets defense isn't that great either. NE should have no trouble moving the ball and will have plenty of opportunities in the redzone. This feels like a 31-14 type of game with NE winning.

Losing home games to Toronto? Since when are the Bills going to start playing home games in Toronto. That makes no sense especially with the new stadium opening in 2026.

Seahawks OC Klint Kubiak has done a very good job working with Sam Darnold who has 2,262 yards passing with 17 TDs and 6 INTs so far this season.

Justin Fields had 5 yards passing in the first half Sunday. They only won because of two big plays on special teams returning a KO and punt for TDs otherwise they are 1-8. I think the Pats win by at least 2 maybe 3 scores on Thursday night. On the injury front Garrett Wilson is out at least 3 weeks. He got hurt in the game vs the Browns.

This is going back in time but the 1980 divisional round loss to the Chargers. The Bills had the lead late in the 4th and then Fouts throw a long TD pass for the game winning score. A year later in the 1981 divisional round vs the Bengals the Bills were driving for the tying score, but a penalty stalled the drive and the Bills lost by 7.

The Ravens have won three in a row and still get to play the Steelers twice. They are healthy now and when healthy they have one of the best rosters in football. I think they are winning their division. I think this is the year the Ravens get past the Chiefs and represent the AFC in the Super Bowl. IMHO.
