  1. Seven would go a long way right now. (That's what she said.)
  2. There we go. Back in this mofo, maybe.
  3. I'm thinking we see MVS get a deep ball today...
  4. Aside from Bishop's screwup on the deep TD, the defense, with all the backups, hasn't been that bad. The O is atrocious thus far.
  5. Yup. Diggs is on pace for 54 yards today. And maybe 20 a game in the playoffs.
  6. Worst 3 halves of Bills football I can remember in several years.
  7. should've challenged that...
  8. Thus far, Josh looks bottom 5 today.
  9. Good coaches adjust. Brady needs to change things in a hurry here.
  10. D line having a great start without Ed... Carter with good push up the middle there.
  11. Ok, not ideal but positives: 1. Josh protects the ball well getting sacked. 2. Bass kicks it right down the middle.
  12. His mane flows beautifully in the wind.
  13. Damn. Dude needs to worry less about his feet and more about his hands.
  14. Missed the first play... seven yard pass or run please?
  15. Almost every ex-player in any sport is stiff for a while when announcing. I don't think Brady's doing that bad and I'm sure he'll get better over time. His supreme insight beats any natural charm that he's lacking at the moment.
  16. Yikes. Kincaid better be a monster and Samuel and Coleman and must produce too. Not feeling good about this. Hope I'm wrong.
  17. Old, expensive and currently has a hamstring injury. It gets better with every update.
  18. People are talking a lot of compensation for a guy turning 32 before Xmas. WIll he make the Bills better? Sure. Is he worth a second plus more? I'm not so sure. If he were 28 or 29, yes. But he's not.
  19. I wouldn't mind a WR upgrade but he turns 32 this December. That's reason for pause for me unless it's only a one-year deal and for a lower draft pick. I don't want to burn a third or second on an aging WR.
  20. Raiders have $27 million in cap space. They could always convert salary to a bonus and take the cap hit themselves. Now what kind of compensation would make them do that is another question.
  21. I'm trying to understand this better in terms of what exact physical traits and skills we lack this year compared with last. Diggs is an outside receiver and is the same size as Shakir; Diggs is slower but has longer arms. Is the arm length the difference here? And Diggs wasn't exactly a contested-catch specialist (43.5% in 2023) Davis is a touch smaller than Coleman but maybe a touch faster. Most would expect Coleman to have better and more consistent hands. What does Davis have.. that we don't have/need to see in Coleman? Davis' contested catch rate in 2023 was 35.7% — not great. He's got a couple memorable toe-drag catches but I can't believe that's the only difference, body control. If so, we've seen tape of outstanding body control from Coleman. MVS has size and speed. Yes, he's not reliable (in the regular season; I believe I've read he's never had a post-season drop, which is impressive). So, not being sarcastic at all, but trying to understand: what did Diggs and Davis have last year that we lack this year? Or... maybe the point is that Diggs and Davis were not a very good tandem of outside players, at least not for a team with championship aspirations. Even if so, please define the traits we need in outside players for this offense to take the next step. I appreciate your opinion. Thanks.
