  1. Worst game I've seen from Josh except his rookie season. Turn it around....
  2. The local and state R's in Va have been excellent. Youngkin has visited several sites and promised relief. Tillis in NC appears to be doing his best. I suspect the local R's are as well. Go Bills!
  3. you figure it out. Should be no problem for someone of your abilities. This board is a reflection of the country. One tribe is truthful and acts in good faith. One tribe repeatedly lies. No mystery as to why that is....Now, you'll excuse me while I mow the 3 acres we keep down, hopefully for the last time this year.
  4. nope. was here years ago under a different screen name. took an extended break. tenure here means nothing as you prove with every post and your falsely suggestive scene name.
  5. you don't need to prove you're a POS.. Everyone knows.
  6. conversely, I wonder about your scientific credentials. The way you recently described a speaker intro at a conference is out of a movie. Speakers are presented simply in almost ever case: Dr James Smith, Professor of Virology, UNC Medical School. No need to list publications. More than likely he's going to speak about his most recent publication. His CV can be found elsewhere if needed, often at the end of the attached slides in the syllabus.
  7. wrong on both counts. been here for years not that it's relevant.
  8. https://insurify.com/homeowners-insurance/news/project-2025-aims-to-end-nfip/ Who will pick up the slack.? private insurers want no part of this.
  9. You've chosen to ignore content by boyst.
  10. Many poor people in the areas hit by Helene.. I'm afraid many will be homeless. And very angry. Flood insurance averages about $60/month. Even after this, most will take their chances and some will lose with the next event and the next. It's definitely a national security threat.
  11. is your style to completely misrepresent data? good job. keep obfuscating. it's not working.
  12. this is going to be a major issue for this and future hurricanes https://apnews.com/article/hurricane-helene-flooding-insurance-water-damage-fema-disaster-recovery-07bbf25fba01c2fac5f66dd6ac56e0ee this is going to be a major issue for this and future hurricanes https://apnews.com/article/hurricane-helene-flooding-insurance-water-damage-fema-disaster-recovery-07bbf25fba01c2fac5f66dd6ac56e0ee
  13. just don't know what to believe here. The goalposts keep moving "have no regard for political vectors on this" and then you go on a political rant. none of which changes your simply incorrect assertions on job growth.
  14. of course you don't care. otherwise you wouldn't post nonsense like this: "jobs gains to this point, at least in the last four months, have been gov related. Those contribute nothing to GDP. When you print 5 trillion, that capital is going to find a way to a performing asset with a return. Simple." Do you stand by that simple but incorrect remark?
  15. Did I miss the memo that told all the MAGAs here that questioning my credentials would be a good strategy? maybe out of desperation since the last 2 days almost every MAGA here has shown his ignorance on multiple subjects. I must be a doctor because I can afford to go to exhibits at the Biltmore! Geez, what do you do? In all these years you nor any MAGAs have questioned the credentials of "Doc". Even when he was spouting nonsense about the worst pandemic of our lifetime. Why is that? I've offered him 2 ways that we could both prove our chops. The easiest is posting a pic of our licenses or board certifications. offer still holds.
  16. the 85 degree ocean temp has nothing to with the hurricanes...ya know, it's too late. it's gonna just get worse. and you continue to deny it. doesn't matter.
  17. yes. this helps so much. almost as much as disparaging bedrock aid groups like the united way. an inconvenient truth. thanks cons....
  18. ah, yes. there is no truth. it's what fascists push. but they're liars.
  19. yes, just ignore the fact that you completely misstated job growth results and made a ridiculous conclusion about equities....
  20. musk is actively engaging in misinformation. I'd choose outlawing misinformation to spreading it. the former isn't going to happen. the latter is happening now.
  21. cross off gates and replace with Musk. Only one of the two is seeking official power within our government.
  22. here I did it for you. 3 and 6 month numbers show gov't jobs a minority of gains. Were you just making shite up? I've come to expect that from Orlando, orange and eyeroll but the winemaker seemed beyond reproach. we'll need to keep that in mind for your future posts https://www.bls.gov/charts/employment-situation/employment-by-industry-monthly-changes.htm did you notice the title of the MAGA started thread....duh
  23. link data for "the last 4 months" which by inference would include the sept numbers. typical. while your at it, show me where you wrote this.
  24. yes, because meme king's intellect is obviously superior...yours too. MAGAs are almost universally dumb.
  25. i might be simple were it true "Manufacturing jobs dropped by 7,000 and there was a 9,000 slump in transport and warehouse jobs, reports The Washington Post economic columnist Heather Long, who broke down the gains: Hospitality 78,000 (mainly restaurants/bars) Healthcare 45,000 Government 31,000 (mainly state & local) Social assistance 27,000 Construction 25,000 Biz service 17,000 Retail 16,000 Finance 5,000 Information 4,000." https://www.nj.com/politics/2024/10/trump-war-room-rages-over-latest-jobs-report.html
