  1. Sweden also doesn’t have the intercity gang problems like we have in America. Take away the gang violence, our numbers drop. DRASTICALLY.
  2. I'm not for red flag laws. That doesn't mean I said I'm against any gun control idea. I've talked about what I'd agree with on this thread. Many times. But you want to claim I'm against EVERYTHING and next you'll say, I'm pro giving felons and Islamic terrorists M249's.
  3. See, this is why no one will ever listen to your BS. According to you, anyone who owns a gun or enjoys shooting is a "gun nut". The fact we hunt (especially hogs) with AR platform rifles, that makes one "reckless and pathetic". Okay Mr. Beta Male. I could post some photos of the liberals/trans who have shot up schools the past couple of years, but you already know what they look like.
  4. Here ya go @BillStime This is just a SMALL example of how wild hogs can get a .308 round in the head or chest and still charge you and SERIOUSLY hurt or kill you. My BIL shot a wild boar when he was hunting for deer (he was walking back to his ATV), with his Remington 700. He hit the thing right in the head with a freakin' .308. IT GOT UP and managed to puncture his left forearm, all the way through one side and the other. He's carried an AR-10 ever since. Wild hogs = 2.5 BILLION in damages in the United States on average.
  5. I love it when a "comedic" reporter, that knows little to nothing about firearms, shows up at a gun event to ask moronic questions to people then cut out the segment to only 90 seconds to fit their narrative. "Hog hunting?" The dude is a moron, like yourself. Newsflash: WILD HOGS ARE A PROBLEM IN THE SOUTHERN UNITED STATES. Newsflash #2: AR-PLATFORM IS THE BEST WEAPON TO HUNT WILD HOGS It's easy to say "who needs an AR15 to go hog hunting" if they never have hunted hogs (or understand how dangerous they are). Like yourself Billsy.
  6. I had no idea he was from that part of NYS. Not sure how I missed that aspect of the guy. My roommate went to Pryor (OK) to see him come out of county lockup to be transported to Oklahoma City. He was pulled over for not having a tag on his car by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
  7. Yea, they still talk about the "other man" who was seen leaving the truck. That's crazy he had McVeigh as a student.
  8. Talk about luck. So many buildings around the Murrah building got seriously damaged or destroyed. The memorial is a humbling place and a must-visit if anyone is in Oklahoma City. The fact so many LITTLE LITTLE children were killed... it's just hard to explain what it's like to see their little chairs on the lawn. https://www.news9.com/oklahoma-city-bombing-victims
  9. It seems that people talk less and less about, what was at the time, the worst terror attack in American history. I was a sophomore at Oklahoma State and people there felt the ground shake from the blast that took place 65 miles away. I went to OKC the next day to visit my girlfriend, who was going to school at OU at the time. Seeing the Murrah Building cut in half, hard to explain what that was like. One of my fraternity brothers lost this dad that day, secret service agent Mickey Maroney.
  10. "Anyone caught manufacturing, selling or supplying them (knives) will face up to two years in jail." Suella Braverman, the Home Secretary, said: “The thugs wielding these deadly knives aim to terrorise their victims and the public, and too often even carry out horrific or fatal attacks. They are emboldened by the cowardly idea that carrying these blades inflates their own status and respect. “This can’t go on. These plans seek to give the police greater powers to seize and destroy these weapons and impose harsher penalties on the criminals selling them, keeping them off our streets and making communities safer.” WOW. And gun owners in America wonder why we are against any type of registry. Guns... knives... they want complete control.
  11. Stop the gang violence. Crack down on the gangs destroying the cities. You'd cut those numbers in half.
  12. Again, the whole thing is horrible. I hope the old man burns. But I'll ask again... what is the walkout for? What are they protesting? This wasn't a police shooting, it wasn't a school shooting. You're thinking it's because this 84 year old man who probably had that .380 since 1958, should have had his firearms removed from his home? I'm confused on what this is other than a f'ed up tragedy/murder.
  13. Walkout for? What happened was a horrible thing. Old man who shot the kid turned himself in.
  14. One example, Utah has allowed firearms in schools going back around 15 years... 0 school shootings. https://www.ksl.com/article/28390054/experts-speculate-on-why-utah-has-zero-school-related-shootings
  15. Context matters dude. Sorry... I know you want to lump a couple of 30-year olds shooting at each other at a high school parking lot at 4 a.m. on a Sunday as a "School Shooting".... but it's not the same thing.
  16. Keep harping on this... you don't need to force anyone to carry, or have access to, a firearm at school. Only those staff members who are willing to do it and be properly trained. I'm talking CLEET type training. And I feel it needs to be more "front office" workers, like admin/principles. Seems most school shootings, the shooter starts by coming in the front door/entrance. Any? An AK actually just used in a home defense story the past week. You can google the news stories about home defense and AR's. AR-platforms are EXTREMELY popular home defense weapons. Easy to use, enough rounds to fend off several people. I personally have 3 different firearms that I go between for home defense... I have a Mossberg 500, 300 AAC Blackout (which is an AR platform rifle... suppressed) and my Stribog 9mm (suppressed... I have a video on here of me shooting that one).
  17. Yea. If a 19 year old kid is selling meth/crack/etc. in the projects to down and out people, then get into a gun battle with rivals... yea. They aren't the same as a 12 year old who got shot at a school sitting in class.
  18. Would you rather have (throwing out a mythical scenario) 3 accidental discharges/deaths by armed staff/SRO in schools or have 50 school children killed per year in a legit school shooting?
  19. Has nothing to do with what we were talking about... and we've talked about how you can lump certain ages to fit a narrative (like the 19 and under stat, instead of 18 and under).
  20. Funny, again... most Asian hate crimes are not carried out by right wingers. You know this. Studies show that one race in particular are the main people harming Asians. And I'm still not seeing where people are blaming the Chinese people.
  21. What right wing people blamed the people of China? The Chinese government? Yea. Not the Chinese people. If you're talking about the Asian hate crimes... those haven't been carried out by right wing people. What is your definition of "a lot"? You're making assumptions. He knows. He just won't admit that those deaths don't fit the liberal agenda. They only care about 'white on black' or 'police on black' incidents.
  22. 400 million guns in the country... you have to go looking for rare incidents to damn all gun-owners. So, we should damn every Muslim for 9/11?
  23. The war in Ukraine is 95% on the West and NATO (United States, mostly). If you people can't see that, you're clueless. https://www.jstor.org/stable/24483306
