    The 2 new practice fields are done and the new road looks like it should be done this week. I believe that was a $4.5 million project paid by the Pegulas. 2 crazy guys yesterday installed the first of the new field lighting. They had them on last night. No new signage yet, advertisers, $30 parking, Uber lot, etc. as that usually goes up the week before the first game.

    Well you can throw out they can use it for concerts point. Tickets sales from what I'm hearing for Guns and Roses is in the twenty thousands range and U2 is in the fourty thousands range at this time. Also monster trucks. The last time there was a monster truck show at Rich stadium had to be 35 years ago.

    I don't know if it was "moon effect", but I called over to the mud lot to tell them about the bear sighting and was told that yesterday a buck came out of the woods, snorted and then charged a person. The deer got within 5 feet of this person before the mud lots good size dog intervened and chased the deer back into the woods.

    There has been packs of coyotes roaming behind the New Era Field for a while. There are even sightings of rattle snakes, my hunting friend has told me he saw. This week sightings of a Eagle feeding on a deer. This morning a Bear shimmed down a tree in my neighbors yard. I'm just saying if a Lion or Panther is sighted I'm out of here.

    While the documentary may focus on one lot it does happen in other lots including NEF lots. Del does not Tailgate anymore.     The remove of seats was I think for resealing the upper deck or it might also have been for leveling/patching the decking. The cranes are for the new field lighting. It looks like less lights which will produce more lumens. Also the grass (from a New Jersey farm) is down on the new practice fields. They finished that part yesterday.

    Could it be the new public housing as promised? Or selling the land, which gets it on the tax rolls, and privately developed. It's been suggested the later as it's a natural progression of development from Larkinvile.
