Section C3, the new 1 way traffic on Big Tree rd headed west after the game has helped out also.

The escalators were installed as each level was built. I see worker license plates from across the country in the workers parking lot. Some days the bulk of workers leave around 3pm other days recently 6pm. I’ve heard a little metal banging at 10 pm last week! I think they are hurting for “experienced” workers. Rumor is a bunch of the trades headed over to the Amazon project up north for more $$$$

They must park the day before & can leave anytime- day of game or next day. No loud generators allowed. The only game that’s hard to get into Hammers Lot is the opener. We open at 7am for 1pm games (6 hours) & last year were parking car at 9:30pm. This year with the screwed up times we will probably open 7-8 hours before kickoff. As far as leaveing after the game Jay has no clue. He does not park in the lot so he is no expert. It’s not a “b. Think about it, with new stadium construction which took away a 3,000 car parking lot next door there is LESS traffic on Abbott Rd. We post when we are full on fb-The Official Hammers Lot game days. Danny’s on Abbott last year charged $100 per car, $20 a foot for RVs.

Jags vs Bills TBD parking. Lot officially opens at 1 pm. Space held till 2:30pm. You all know the drill (Glen st) Sign up name, etc. etc.

Parking Info…. Unfortunately plenzmd1 has made it hard to have an organized check off list as no name just a 6 spots needed post. My count is roughly 21 parking spots needed. Make sure you get checked off the list game day. The prime area holds roughly 22-24 spots. Lot officially opens at 7am. Please park (staging area) on Glen Street Across from Hammers Lot if you arrive before 7am. As always an easy to read sign with HUGE TBD on it is required to get in. Due to high demand, spaces will be held till 8:30am sharp. Parking will be in the circle the wagon style. The list is officially closed now. Thank You for your support. Something else that might play into the stadium location slightly, ECC needs to make cuts as the enrollment has gone down significantly. Teacher positions will be cut. Will ECC South close or be reduced in size and moved to the empty McKinley Mall?

It was in the plans. In the past year there has been some properties sold near the stadium. 1 over $400.000 another $300.000 the others i gave no clue.

Stop it. Look at the $$$ spent on the upgrade and additions at Prohbition and Oneills. I'm also excited about the Dollar General Store Grand Opening on Southwestern Blvd near the stadium in Hamburg and other properties that have changed hands. One or two problems of Southwestern in Hamburg is there is no gas and sewer lines which I believe holds back developement. The New DG Store has a leach bed and propane! If I remember correctly wasn't there a scandal with the Building Dept a couple of years ago which has slowed development greatly along with a labor issue?

In my unbiased opinion the Pegulas made the right choice. While the The Downtown site (it's really not downtown) graded slightly higher, it would have displaced a lot of families and businesses which I think Terry and Kim took to heart.

Couple of points. The blackout drunks. Where? I definitely don't see it in my Lot or walking into the stadium like I've seen in the past. Restaurants. All round the stadium and many within 2 miles, roughly the same distance as pearl street brewary to the first ward location. I would also think the new Orchard Park stadium will have a restaurant used 365. You can get out of the stadium traffic and head downtown fast if you know where to park. Per Stadium drawing there is a hotel in the background (current stadium location). Don't ask how I know, I ain't telling & for those who know my past, word. The so called billion$ needed for infrastructure, use it for existing roads & bridges (you forget about them needing repair desperately) not concentrated in one area. Sure the politicians need to do their own study. Buffalo common council statement of no buffalo sites (3) considered in the past is ridiculous. First ward residents don't want it in their area sighting the traffic after Sabres games. There will be 3 public meetings if you need to express your feeling (Pegulas already did this with the questioner/survey in the future. I think location- design of stadium is done and decided. I'm guessing after the Super Bowl an announcement will be made. Remember First come First Served. Hammers Lot opens at 7:30 am. TBD 7:00 see what I did. VIPed TBD. But You need that easy to see sign. Saying the word, back of the line..

I've been twitten out that the Lot will open at 7:30am which is true. I've done that so the TBDAzhZoT crew will have Priority. Donuts be late before it gets crazy

Wondering if she told you why? Kim and her girl friend have on multiple times enter my building locked the door and besides spray painting the wall urinated in the building and who knows what else! . She is unfortunately out of control.

It helps the flow of operations. We open at 7am. First come first served. Prime (P) tailgate area spots (roughly 28 spots) held till 8am or General (G) Due to the High demand for this game we reserve the right to shut down General parking at any time. I have made arrangements with my Next Door neighbor Clark Chiropractic 4180 Abbott Rd (15 spots) for overflow But First come first served. There is also plenty of parking on Glen St directly across from Hammers Lot. Parking is $40.00 per space. Sign up either for a P or G parking spot. Go Bills. Please No Glass Bottles.

Band playing, other Tailgaters blasting their music, neighbor across the street band playing a puddle of mud sound. Thanks for the thought but nope. As far as the parking thread, I usually start it one month from the opener.
