  1. Which is not good considering we seem to be lining up a home game next week.
  2. So we've scored touchdowns with the wind in the first and fourth. Go figure.
  3. Josh seems dialled up with McKenzie more than anyone at the moment (arguably minus Diggs) so why leave him off the field?
  4. Presumably that means Josh will have a good set of plays, in which case I agree. At least let him go into the play offs on a high.
  5. McDermott and Daboll will be having panic attacks at Josh running today.
  6. There's little point in passing if he can't complete them. Yes, hands up, some are on the receivers but some are very bad attempts.
  7. We woke up last week because we let Josh run. Understandably we're not using that tactic tonight and I can't blame Daboll for that; especially with the Pats down heavily.
  8. We drafted him to play despite the wind. Oh well.
  9. Yes, take McKenzie off the field, not Davis who can't catch anything today. Great decision.
  10. I sort of agree but do we want Josh going into the Play Offs off the back of a mess or do we want top give him a chance of finding his rhythm in the fourth?
  11. Trouble is we need the Pats to win alongside a loss for us to achieve that. They're looking like a mess in Miami.
  12. We need to practise in the wind; no point hiding inside when it's blowing a gale - we can't do that during games.
  13. If he's too hyped up agaist the Jets then heaven help us next week.
  14. The Pats do not want to win that one, do they?
  15. Fourth off the top of my head - first Titans, second Chiefs, third Bengals.
  16. It's odd but lot of teams with something on the line seem to be falling apart today - Rams look a shambles against the 49ers, Pats down two touchdowns at the Dolphins, the Colts being embarrassed by the Jags, the Titans being ran close by the Texans for much of the game... and obviously us.
  17. Either way, why is there miscommunication in week eighteen?
  18. Agreed - I read earlier the week that were practising indoors due to the wind and wondered why.
  19. I've lost track - if we win who deo we want to play in the Wildcard Round?
  20. For that we need wins for the Bengals, Colts, Titans, Bills, Dolphins and Raiders. Steelers at Ravens doesn’t have an impact, except if the Colts lose. With all of the other above results remaining the same but… The Bengals lose - we’ll be at home to the Colts The Colts lose - If the Steelers win, they’ll go into the Play Offs instead, as seven seed. The Pats move up to sixth and we’ll still get the Raiders. If the Ravens win, the Colts are seventh seed instead. The Titans lose - The Bills still get the Raiders. Titans slip to third with Bengals second; Chiefs get the bye. *Gulp* The Bills lose - Actually very little changes; we remain at four and face the Raiders The Dolphins lose - Pats move up to fifth and visit the Bills; Raiders drop to six. The Raiders lose - Bills get the Colts. ETA - if the Chargers beat the Raiders then we’ll want the Pats to beat the Dolphins. The Pats will then be number five seed and come here.
  21. Can only think that if the Chiefs had lost to the Broncos we’d have been in the hunt for the number one seed, plus AFCE is on the line? As the Chiefs won the number one seed has gone and Pats at Dolphins should be a more competitive game for the neutral.
  22. Though we won because of Josh's running game so, even though his passing was poor last week, the win was still down to him.
  23. That’s a fair point; if the next draft pick would be 33 then you’re gambling each time on who would go - would all of the first choice QBs go first, leaving the first WR/RB/OL/TE/DL etc. as pick 33? Or would teams look to lack up their QB? It’d be fascinating to see if some ways how it would all play out. But Brady and Rodgers would be something of a gamble in those circumstances; especially the former, as the Bucs had to pay a princely sum to set up the offense for him to succeed. As an aside, and it is churlish to say this, I wonder how much of Burrow’s success this season is down to Chase? He had a QBR of 89.4 last season; this season it’s jumped to 108.3. Just as an aside, Josh’s has gone down from 104.9 to 92.8 and he’s only 15th in the rankings. I will quickly say I know QBR is not the be all and end all.
  24. Top six if a team wants to do a Bucs and go on for short term glory as Brady and Rodgers would get chosen early if so.
  25. We can be horribly inconsistent just in single games - in the first half against the Bucs we looked like also fans who would get an early pick in the draft; in the second half we looked like Super Bowl winners. In the first half against the Falcons we were dreadful though improved in the second. I’m not sure if not knowing what we’ll get is annoying or exciting.
