I'd say go for it.

49ers escaped last week because Green Bay got tense and started turning it over
Think it would have been a better game if the Packers had won. Don't know what's up with the 49ers. McCaffrey aside, they look dreadful to a man.

Why are the Lions attempting to pass? Run the ball. They can't stop it.

Not sure but that's besides the point.
Purdy can't be league MVP when he's not even the most important player on his own offense
Agreed. He's a serviceable QB, little more than that.
The run D is pathetic.

We can rag on the guy til the cows some home but the SF OLine is dragging that entire offense into the gutter right now.
Both lines are killing the Niners.

I'll be the first to ask... who is the 49ers backup Qb?
Darnold, isn't it?

The SF OLine is not good
No. There seems to be a joy on here to see Purdy fail but he nor the running game is getting much in way of support. Especially when compared to Jackson earlier, for example, who had time but laid eggs.

McCaffrey is on pace for 160 yards and 2 TD’s.
Not sue what more you could want from him.
Exactly what I put? No one has turned up excluding McCaffrey.

All those who suggested Purdy for MVP...
He's a cool story, no doubt. But he's the guy who limits their offense.
He's not even the MVP of his own offense.
Is Goff the MVP of the Lions offense?

Poor Kyle Shanahan. He just can't get the QB right. Purdy is the best he's had yet and it still just isn't good enough.
Their issues run deeper than Purdy. No one has turned up today excluding McCaffrey.

This is embarrassing from the 9ers. Why can't the Chiefs ever look like this?
-
The Niners defense looks all over the place.

I came into the game thinking the 49ers would be the only team capable of beating the Chiefs in the Super Bowl. But now I'm thinking the Lions could do it. Ben Johnson vs Steve Spagnuolo is a heavyweight fight. I just wonder if the Lions defense is talented enough to slow the Chiefs down?
How much if this is down to the Lions being great and how much is the 9ers being woeful? That might answer your question.

The team and fans have never won 1. I can't understand why you wouldn't want a long time suffering fan base to not get to experience it over another teams umpteenth SB just because we haven't. That's as selfish and sour as one can get
I suppose Goff will be praised but not ridiculously so, unlike Jackson if he'd managed it, so...
The 9ers don't have a run D seemingly.
-
The Niners D line is woeful. Has Bosa gone to sleep?
-
Can I just ask why most are supporting the Lions over the Niners? Is it because you feel they're a better fit against the Chiefs? Or cos they're a franchise like the Bills?
-
Early days but this one feels over already. Everything the Lions do looks easy; everything the Niners do looks difficult. And why did McCaffrey run to the right and not the left on the last 1st down?
-
There's the game. The offense just did what it needed to do at the death.
-
12 men? It's like the season's greatest hits.

“In the open field he is something else,” says Jim Nantz after Lamar picks up 5 yards.
He went about 50 yards to get those 5 yards.

It's almost as though the Chiefs trust their defense more than their offense.

MVP! MVP! MVP!

The Ravens lack brains. So many stupid penalties.

Protect the ball in that position. They had a down to go again.
