so the wedge causes the heel to be up? my issue is i can bend my foot downward pretty average, but i cannot flex my foot upward past 90 degrees....i am just sitting here right now and my achillies/heel are just throbbing...ouch....

so i just watched the first 2 episodes of the new season of Being Human and I am majorly disappointed that they re-animated the ghost character...one of my simple pleasures was seeing Meaghan Rath in her yoga pants and sweater in each episode...now that she is human she is gonna be changing clothes...although in the first go-around it was pretty good...but it wasn't the yoga pants outfit.....

worst flare up to date today....laying in bed my left heel/achilles was just in incredible pain....got up and could barely stand...normally i can walk it off and within ten steps i would be fine...not this morning....my goodness is this uncomfortable....

One good thing I saw was great defense by cooney...that's about it...can't pin this on missing dajuan...Pitt dominated the entire game

the way i'd always heard it was the poison caused severe dehydration causing the animals to go out in search of a water source, presumably outside thereby reducing the chance of the animals dying inside...

Yup...for me Facebook is like my beer, music and off the wall stories blog...I try and stay away from detailing everything I do or place I go during the course of my day...unless I think someone would find it interesting.... " On the bus to work...its windy and I have the most adorable and smart children.." I'll post a picture of my phone so u can be amazed at the current weather...
