  1. I'm sorry, I'm not sure what your point is? We have a good OLine that is improving every year, BUT it is still 2nd last in the league in the run game? Not much stat twisting going on here. Those are straight up report card marks.
  2. Second half of this post has me looking forward to seeing what Tyrell Adams can bring to the table. More versatility that's for certain.
  3. Considering the amount of new faces constantly improving the OLine at a certain point the blame has to get shifted towards the backfield. Like @Hapless Bills Fan "Bills were bottom-3rd of the league (20th) with 1723 rush yards, and If we subtract out Allen's 421 rush yards, that would be even worse: 1302 yds which would put us....2nd to last in the league for rush yards." Are you suggesting our OLine is 2nd to last in the league? Allen is gonna eat regardless IMO, he's just that good. I think it would be disappointing if the RB's can't generate 1500+ yards between the 3 of them.
  4. The dreaded mysterious thumb injury! Will be interesting to see who earns this one after training camp, might be worth noting that Doyle plays LT and Brown plays RT/RB for the Carolina Panthers.
  5. Is it safe to say this season is a make or break year for the current backfield? Assuming it is Singletary, Moss + Breida, would it be a failure if none of them come close to cracking 1000 yards?
  6. Maybe MoJo values the other teams' supporting rushers more? More production and more experience out of the backfield on most those other teams. And he might be wary of replicable production out of Zack Moss due to his lingering injury and recovery time line. As for Breida, I am really excited to see what he brings too, but it does discourage me that he got beat out by Gaskins and Ahmed on the Dolphins last year. It's not like those guys had incredible seasons either last year at 584 yrds and 319 yrds respectfully, with Breida stomping for just 254 yards. I do like Breida's production in SF tho.
  7. Would you say this concern has been adequately addressed? Is the RB position one of this teams strengths or weaknesses?
  8. nothing worse on a burger or especially a wrap when the lettuce transforms into a thin slimey chewy layer instead of providing the crunch wendy's is mad shakey with its lettuce, this must no be avoided
  9. woah, 17 Defensive Lineman... And most the posters here say last year's guys + the rookies are locks? I think we're gonna see some surprises after their official TC.
  10. Vernon Butler back this season? Didn't see him in any mini-camp photos ...
  11. I like ur pick and reasoning for Hollister having a big season this year. I can also see Breida breaking some big plays after he gets comfortable with the system. My 2 defensive dark horses are Darryl Johnson + Justin Zimmer. Johnson had roughly the same stats as Epenesa last season and Zimmer showed his ability to get to the QB. I can see hem both taking that next step this season alongside the more obvious players like AJE and Ed Oliver.
  12. Usually its a big name star WR vs a DB... not a swing lineman who was the best option last year VS an unproven 2nd round pick. I feel like Feliciano is childish for this man. Why hurt the confidence of a player who needs to grow? AJ doesn't need "to be put in his place" for making a good play. And whats the media saying "the beef is squashed", how do we even know that? https://www.bleachernation.com/bears/2020/10/11/dont-punch-your-teammates-michael-thomas-will-be-benched-by-saints-tomorrow-night/ As far as I'm concerned Felicano ain't Mike Thomas. And if Mike Thomas gets benched when he is a clear number one on his teams' roster, what happens to a player in training camp who might end up being the 2nd, 3rd best option by the start of the season? Beane brought in a tonne of talent (physically/metaphorically) to test him for his spot so he shouldn't be doing bonehead stunts like this.
  13. Yes, he got thrown around the field like a little boy that whole game. Chris Jones ate his lunch.
  14. I don't see why you guys are so pressed? He isn't some pro-bowl caliber vet. He's got ONE 16/16 season under his belt. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/F/FeliJo00.htm Just some average guard with a soft side that did some nice run blocking for us and now he's punching our 2nd round picks during OTA's.
  15. You don't punch team mates, man. Push, wrestle, grab whatever. Throwing a fist tho, now that's different, and they are WAY more invested in Epenesa than Feliciano. Plus they got Lamp and Hart in the chamber and Feliciano got man handled by Chris Jones vs the Chiefs last season. Plus Feliciano's contract doubles in 22, 23? Pretty obvious if he wants to turn his team mates into punch bags during OTA's he can pack his bags.
  16. I agree with you, I was only trying to imply that it seems like our current defensive pass rushers will take time to develop so why not focus on the future and the present simultaneously. The first round is money I agree, but here are some interesting stats about the first round that I wasn't aware of until recently. https://www.arrowheadpride.com/2015/2/20/8072877/what-the-statistics-tell-us-about-the-draft-by-round I mean even Diggs was selected in the fifth round, 146th overall. 1st round picks are gold tho I do agree with u and they should be treated as such. I did retract my opening statement in other posts here and concluded I wouldn't spend more than a 3rd for Jones. Personally, I'd like some secondary help in the first round in next year's draft. Heck, anything defence besides DE next year makes sense in the 1st also. OR I'd love for the Bills to get a behemoth of a defensive lineman for this season + future seasons that can usurp last years starters.
  17. Lots of well articulated thoughts and opinions in here! Thank you all for sharing ur input about the pass rushing situation and ur feelings about whether going after another elite caliber QB killer is worth it for this team. 😎
