    There are just so many...

I’d honestly call the people not being critical of kc anti-homers which is just as bad 😂. Idk how we can criticize the way the bills have been winning games against pretty good teams and not be allowed to be critical of the way kc has been winning against bottom of the barrel teams.  They faced 4 or 5 backup qbs this year and still barely held on in those games.  Neither the bills or chiefs are an impossible team to beat in the playoffs

This has been such a bizarre year.

KC lost to Indy and barely beat Den, Hou, and Titans.

We lost to the Jets and barely beat Detroit & Miami in the snow.

    Other things too.

To answer the question, I am not sure there is a juggernaut in the AFC. Teams have gotten lucky. Teams have gotten unlucky.

Philly is the 1 seed. But they barely beat Chicago, Hou, Indy. Lost to Wsh.

    What team doesn't have flaws?

Detroit is now 6-1 in their last 7 with their only loss coming against buffalo…they’ve got a good shot at a 9-1 finish with us being their only loss.  Kc is barely hanging on against terrible teams who are often missing their starting qb

jets are a much better team with Mike white than the teams kc is barely beating too

Chiefs needed OT this year to win against the worst team in the league, and the Titans with maybe the worst QB performance from a rookie making his first start due to injury. Idk if they play down to their competition or what.

Played the rams with a third string qb too and they were in a tight game against Denver and Russell Wilson got hurt.  They are without a doubt the luckiest team in the league

The Dolphins have no 1st or 4th or 5th or 6th round pick next year, but they do have two thirds.

The following year they have no 3rd and 4th because of the Chubb trade and TAMPERING.

Tyreek trade is gonna bite them.  He’ll be on the decline and waddles rookie contract will be up by the time they can put the missing pieces together

Agree. Makes Buffalo fans look like drunken trash.

Every snow game for every team this happens. It’s not a good look but the dolphins and nfl look just as bad complaining about it/threatening to penalize the team as the fans look for doing it (dolphins fans were definitely throwing them too)

it was stupid pretty much all around

Another reason the defense is not looking good is the lack of interceptions and big plays.  Fourth down stops I don't count and fumbles are really 50/50 propositions (unless strip sacks).

Face it a little lucky vs. NYJ, but would be nice to get an int and give the offense a short field.

Fumbles are luck? Lol a lot of times they’re great tackles/defensive plays.  Why don’t fourth down stops count as big plays?

Agreed .. However, the Dolphins/Tua impressed me last night.   Pats never really impressed me last year.

I did NOT see that offensive performance in the cold coming.   They did look a bit shook when the snow came down..  Hit a jump ball but then short circuited.

We have the better defense, but last night was NOT a good performance by Frazier’s group at all.

Dolphins have the better offensive talent.. might be behind only SF/Philly in terms of talent, but as we saw last night… Elite QB’s are worth their weight in gold… and we have the elite of the elite at QB.

I don’t really understand the way the dolphins are viewed.  Their team is absolutely stacked on paper, trading for tyreek is a win now move.  People seem to view them as surprising underdogs but really they’ve been disappointing imo.

offense took a big step forward, defense took a big step back despite trading for Chubb and making some other moves.  They’re really not far ahead of where Flores had them as far as overall team goes it’s just that offense is way more exciting than defense.

if they miss the playoffs it is an enormous  failure

    it looked like a WIN.

also looked like most snow games snowballs fly. Why is it an issue today?

I’m confused by that as well…people are making it seem like it’s never happened before but it happens every snow game.

I’ve never seen a coach complain about it, especially a coach with a laughably huge early season home field advantage of his own

Very very worrisome.  You can see the fall off in the line play,  it's like night and day. Plus he's the QB of the line, making protection calls. Team just can't stop getting hurt.

Bates could be back soon which would be much better than van roten if morse is out for awhile.  I think people forget we’re on a third string center not second

    No.

But neither is KC. Or anyone else.

Everyone - absolutely every single team or unit in history - has ups and downs and leaves meat on the bone. That's the way complicated team endeavors work. Particularly endeavors manned by human beings, who are imperfect.

But more, your question here is dumb.

Assuming that if the offense is operating poorly it must be the OC's fault is just bad thinking.

Does he need to get better? Sure. But we heard for the last four years from plenty on here how awful Daboll was when the offense was having problems. Now the same folks wish they had him back. And if he were back, you'd be attacking him again.

The OC is the traditional scapegoat.

It’s kind of funny to me because this is honestly the most consistent the bills have ever looked on a game to game basis 😂. 2020 might amount to a better win percentage but we got absolutely spanked by the titans and chiefs back to back.  We also looked absolutely dreadful quite a few times last season.

Some of the criticism is valid but I think a lot of the issue is some of our fans can’t handle close games and also they’re just not used to the jets and dolphins actually being good teams now lol

Not sure I saw Hart out there st RG.  Van Roten moved to C and Quessenberry played RG from my vantage point.

Yea just checked the snap counts…kind of the same deal with quessenberry/van roten though so you can just substitute the names lol. Looks like hart was just in as an extra blocker on quite a few plays and messing things up so I just assumed he had weaseled his way into the starting lineup 😂 van roten at center is a huge problem.  The offensive line seemed to play well in the first half.  Josh had tons of time.  Then morse went down and it was like flipping a switch

Right now we're winning and I'm so grateful for Josh and Diggs.  But good Lord it's not sustainable in the playoffs if these other guys don't stop dropping passes.

If morse didn’t get hurt or bates was available  we would’ve absolutely torched them.  I cannot stress enough how bad Greg van roten and Bobby Hart are.  Morse went down right as Jevon holland was returning which led to a rough quarter…what a gutsy win

Josh +2000 will be gone after tonight.  If he can finish strong he's still got an outside chance.

He should absolutely nuke the bears assuming we get an offensive lineman or two back.  He’s undoubtedly the mvp if you properly account for the situation the players are in imo.  The chiefs and eagles have great offensive lines

  13. Honestly what are you supposed to do when you’ve got van roten and Bobby Hart on the offensive line.  They might be the two worst offensive linemen in the league and I don’t even think that’s hyperbole 😂. We’re missing our two mediocre depth linemen so we’ve gotta jump right to the bottom of the barrel guys when we lose a starter

Someone at fin heaven actually said that the Bills won their Super Bowl tonight. Do they even know what that means?

They must not lol pats fans have probably been saying it to them for years because the pats went on to win a Super Bowl quite a few times after losing to the dolphins in the regular season and they never really learned what it meant  😂

I have no idea what this even means.

He’s an odd duck and I just don’t even really see the hype he’s getting.  His roster is stacked on paper and they are underperforming imo.  If he got half as much out of the defense as Flores got with worse players, their team is elite.

I've been mocked on this board for this take

Last year I could see that and I think that was actually a majority opinion at the time but this year I’d disagree.  We’ve been through the meatgrinder this season scheduling wise and are still a top 10 defense in all the big defensive categories after tonight.  Even the ‘bad’ teams we’ve played like Detroit and Cleveland have had good offenses.  it’s been done mostly missing a ton of key defensive players too.  Tonight was the first night anyone has really looked good against us with Milano, edmunds, and poyer playing

Miami is a tough team to stop when they’re getting good offensive line play and they had not been getting that the past few weeks down a healthy terron armstead.  They’re a completely different team with him in there…he didn’t look as healthy against the chargers and he was out in the 49ers game.

Pats troll? Not sure about that but whatever….

Based on the Bills play. That’s all. Don’t look like a SB team. IMO

The 2020 chiefs didnt look like a superbowl team when they lost a couple offensive linemen and they were actually playing in the superbowl 😂.  To overcome that adversity and still win against a good team is pretty impressive especially when you spot them a free td on an unfathomably awful roughing the kicker penalty that I would not expect to happen again

That’s funny. But he is a good coach

Made some suspect decisions today though.  They were killing it in the run game and went away from it in far too many short yardages situations. That defense has regressed a ton since flores was head coach too…I think he’s holding back a stacked roster a bit honestly.
pretty inexcusable to cough up an 8 point lead to a team with Greg van roten and Bobby hart on the offensive line..if we had boettger or bates healthy for this game we would’ve blown them out even without morse

  18. 11 minutes ago, Nelius said:

Can't wait? lol dude. did you let the Pats troll veil down? C'mon, you can't wait for them to have a total disaster in the playoffs? Can we get a little more context on what exactly you think this team should do and why you think this season is a lost cause?

This game didn’t worry me at all…that Miami offense has been great with armstead in the lineup and our offensive line is ravaged by injury but I’d assume bates/boettger will be back soon.

winnning a game with van roten/hart in the lineup together is impressive however it happens
