    We never seem to do this. Brady was the master. mahomes is great at it. This may be the critical QB talent that does not appear in the stats.

    The good news is we now have 1 in row losing by less than 6. the bad news is that people don’t seem to grasp how many games of the 42 streak losing by less seven streak were actually winnable or basically won, then blundered.

    you must want the drought back This is because Allen is 100x better at his job than McDermott. It’s ridiculous to freak out over an inreception or bad game. This is true of every qb. Every head coach does not frequently botch end of game management. The expectation number of clock management screwups is zero from a high end head coach.

    He seems fragile. like zay flowers. like tank dell. It seems like the teams drafting them like the idea of having a talented player at a high cost position, whether or not they ever make it to a second contract. It seems to have some benefits.

    Reids play designs are uniformly brilliant. If all the plays are brilliant is much easier to call good plays. And make all the players look good.

    My impression from McDermott's comments is that he sees the coaches role as "reigning in Allen" to run the brilliant conservative offenses. I think other coaches might actually look to try to amplify Allen's talents with a much higher risk, reward approach. Could be wrong, but that is my impression.

    Why? If we can't win a championship with him, why should we worry about keeping him?

    Allen is my all time favorite player. McDermott does not seem to know how to use his talents. Does not seem to be a good match. I think McDermott would be happier with a Purdy plus weapons or Darnold plus weapons. As people love to point out he was just about as successful with Tyrod Taylor.

    There should be a timeline on the Allen-McDermott marriage. No super bowl this year or next year should result in divorce. I would like to keep Allen, but if the team is wants McDermott, they should give Allen a chance to pursue a championship elswhere.
