  1. Right, you just proved my point. The narrative that it’s not the QB, it’s always someone or something else. Clockwork.
  2. This exact same thing was said for both Tyrod and EJ.
  3. I think in today’s NFL, if the defense can hold any opposing team to under 20 points, they’ve done their job.
  4. Was Josh Allen consistently completing deep shots prior to catching the turnover bug? If memory serves me correctly, turnovers have always been a problem and the deep ball has just gotten worse. Sounds like a bad case of the yips to me. The coaching staff has designed route trees that have led to wide open receivers. But sure, let’s just blame the coaching staff for impacting JA’s confidence and continue to coddle the guy. What a joke. Your post can be found in the 2013 archives, just replace Josh Allen with EJ Manuel.
  5. This makes zero sense. Throwing 41 times in a game, empty formations with 5 wide every offensive series, deep shots and JA designed runs called each game, and a lack of commitment to the running game are all signs of a lack of handcuffs. If anything, it has been the complete opposite. The coaching staff has let JA play too much and designed too many game plans around him and the passing attack. One could argue, less Josh equals more offensive success.
  6. It’s not McDermott. It’s not Daboll. It’s the Quarterback.
  7. False. NFL analytics shared that the Browns ran the most Cover Zero looks today than they have all season. Try again.
  8. Since when in Cover 0 can the QB not make an adjustment to his initial read? See below. Plenty of time. Fixed it for you:
  9. The live tape shows Beasley was open right away, well before the pressure arrives. It was a bad read.
  10. Watch the live tape, he has Beasley open right away, well before the pressure arrived. That is 1000% on Allen. Great play design, horrific read.
  11. I am not just referring to the Mckenzie play in my criticism of Allen. There is more than one read per play. I do not believe it is fair to cast blame on the OC when the QB misses a wide open layup for a touchdown and there was also underneath options available.
  12. My goodness. For everyone whining about Daboll and the third down play call, you do realize the QB has more than one read? Is this on Daboll?
