  1. They can win with Keenum. He is fine as a short-term solution. If Allen is out for a long period of time, then we are screwed
  2. Then they can have him. I want the Bills to sign OBJ if he is healthy but only as a rental for this year.
  3. Bills fans bring in the most fans at MetLife for a visiting team. It's not even close except when the Giants play the Jets as the "road" team.
  4. Why GB? They are going nowhere this season.
  5. Throw in an all-white throwback look at home as well. Otherwise, I agree blue over white should be the primary look at home. I wish they would lose the all blues and all reds. They look like some half assed arena league football team. It's a minor league look.
  6. 6-2 is a good record. They were never winning 15,16,17 games. Reality is it's hard to win every week and there are always ups and downs in every season. If Allen misses any significant time, then all bets are off as far as the record goes. In the end I think they win 12-13 games which means 4 or 5 losses.
  7. (12) Jeremy Fowler on Twitter: "#Jets DT Sheldon Rankins suffered a dislocated elbow Sunday vs. Buffalo, per sources. He could miss up to 4-6 weeks, depending on the healing process. The upcoming bye week will help." / Twitter
  8. Still no need to Cam Newton his career. If Allen would slide that is one thing, but he doesn't shy away from contact. I get that he will get hit and sacked in the pocket but no need for him to be the leading rusher most of the time
  9. Hopefully he can play but I really hope the Bills let Singletary and Cook do all of the running 100%. No need for Josh to run especially if he is hurting. We need Josh throwing the ball not running it. No need for him to take extra hits.
  10. Josh is the franchise, so you definitely want to be smart with his situation. We hope Josh is healthy but if can't go then having a vet QB like Keenum is a good thing. We could beat the Vikings and Browns with Case as QB. I hope Josh gets healthy and plays but we will see.
  11. We couldn't win a Super Bowl without Josh but we can win regular season games with Case. He is a vet QB who can play. This could benefit the Bills. They will have to run the ball more and have a more conservative game plan to help Case. Maybe playing that way will help them with the turnover issues they have been having. If Case has to play for a week or two then that wouldn't be the worst thing. Just no long-term injury.
  12. Agreed. The AFCE has turned into a monster of a division. I think we know who many of our primetime games will be against next season.
  13. It doesn't guarantee anything, but it does make it easier. Also, with McDermott the Bills are 0-4 on the road in the playoffs. Jac, Hou, KC x 2. They are 3-0 at home in the playoffs. Indy, Bal, NE. The Bills really do seem to feed off the energy of the home crowd. Besides I don't want to see Buffalo travel to KC for what seems like the 100th straight time.
  14. Buffalo plays very well at home. 41-7 over the Titans, 38-3 over the Steelers, 27-17 over the Packers. GB scored a meaningless TD midway thru the 4th to make the score look respectable. I am not surprised its 7.5
  15. I doubt they got bored playing a divisional rival on the road especially since they went into the game with an 0-1 divisional record.
  16. Can the league flex the Jets at Bills game which is scheduled for 1:00 to SNF. The SNF game right now is Chiefs at Broncos. I realize the Chiefs are a popular team for primetime but Denver blows. There are 2 other games that could get flexed, the Eagles at Giants or the Dolphins at Chargers. My guess is Eagles at Giants if they do flex KC at Den out of SNF. But Bills and Jets could be a very big game with the AFCE on the line.
  17. Well Jets fans are experts on top notch QB play. Wilson, Darnold, Sanchez etc etc. Probably not too many left who were around to see #12
  18. Sorry for Frank Reich. He seems like a really good guy, but I am not surprised by this news
  19. According to news reports Hochul and Zeldin are close. I expect Hochul to win because NY is hard core blue. The fact that the race is close in a hard core blue state like NY can't be good for the Dems. Red wave coming tomorrow.
  20. Vikings at Bills this Sunday. We will all be nervous nellies if this game is close throughout. If the Bills can get out to a big lead and cruise to a blowout win then we all be happy and relieved again. I don't want to think of the alternative.
  21. If they (Bills-NFL) thought Allen had a concussion, they would have him tested especially with how the Tua situation was handled. Josh is struggling right now but I would guess it has nothing to do with a possible concussion.
  22. The thing that sucks here is 0-2 in the division. We were always going to lose games and 6-2 really is a nice record. At worst they need to beat the Fish and Jets at home and split with NE. Of course, I hope they sweep NE but 4-2 will be a challenge now
