  1. How many Irish does it take to change a lightbulb? Ten. One to hold on to the bulb and nine to drink until the room spins.
  2. I'm organizing a protest up at Notre Dame if anyonw wants to join in: "Fighting Irish" indeed. We are a peace loving people...until you get a few pints in us.
  3. What the Amerks mean to me....by Kevbeau. $15 ticket $3 Genny Buckets Fans who know what offsides is Pinchy pressing ham on the visitors glass.* *I think that was the name of the big guy who used to get up and dance around in the front row.
  4. I'm looking at it for tax purposes. Plus maybe he'll throw some cast-offs my way. "Tax free in the name of Stamos!!!" Back to Lohan-Willis. I fully expect her to be gracing the Skinemax screen by the time she's 25. I'm setting my Tivo now.
  5. Is the Church of Stamos like scientology. I want to get in on the ground floor, before he goes national.
  6. 1.) Christopher Walken 2.) Jet Li - "Hi, I'm 4 ft 5 and can kick everyone's ass." 3.) William Jefferson Clinton (Like him or hate him, the man got a hummana in the oval office and then redefined the term "sexual relations," for America. All to fit his defense.
  7. The Neutral Zone Trap id essentially a 1-2-2 formation. (1-2-2) First forechecker takes away the middle of the ice forcing the puck handler to either side of the boards. He also is insurance to prevent the defensmen from working the puck. (1-2-2)Depending on which side the puckhandler takes, the second guy know takes the puckhandler, trying to get him to cough the puck up or try a foolish pass. The weakside forward moves to prevent the middle of the ice from opening up. (1-2-2) Are there as back-ups to the first set of 2. They can also pinch the puckhandler, essentially double teaming him anywhere he goes. Where the big gripe about holding comes in, is that the first set of 2 clutch and grab allowing the second set of two to move in on the puckhandler. ...anyway, in a nutshell. There are variations. Legend has it that this was devised to stop the Russians back in the 70's.
  8. B.S. in Packaging Science from RIT '96 Halfway through my MBA at UGA (Go Dawgs!!! ) I'm mostly taking 2 classes a semester at night, but I get more out of those than the regular MBA classes I've sat in on. Amazing... the difference in the student quality.
  9. People still die from pneumonia?
  10. Stojan...is Stamos slacking off. He should have been in that before Bruce!
  11. It's right after Jeremy Piven beats the hell out of Ferrell in front of the college class. The dialogue went something like this. Ferrell: "I see Blue and he's glorious." Wilson: "C'mon Big Cat, you're not done yet." Ferrell: "I feel so cold." Wilson: "That's cause you're lying on the floor." ...something like that. Plus, he did dress as the school mascot, which was a big cat [shrug]
  12. Didn't Luke Wilson call Will Ferrell "Big Cat" in Old School?
  13. Whoops! Where's Ken Starr when you need him. Time to get crackin' on this investigation.
  14. I think books are still around. I'll check and get back to you on that.
  15. I'd rather have them get Edge and NOT draft Ronnie Brown. Edge is still a decent back, but I think he'll find the going a little tougher when the D isn't trying to cover 3-4 recievers...plus he's got a few years in the tank, we're as a Brown, Williams, or Benson could haunt us for years to come.
  16. I'd at least have said something to him. Make him feel like a jerk. My girlfriend gets on my case about confronting people like him...but as one poster said, most people will continue their behavior until someone calls them on it. And unfortunately America has become a nation of bystanders. No need to escalate to violence...unless you enjoy that kind of thing, but remember most people are programmed to respond to reward/punishment, or in other words, "the person who coined the phrase, "violence doesn't solve anything," never got the living stojan beat out of them."
  17. This guy is my American Idol. Big brass ones man....God bless.
  18. Depending on if you come in early Friday-Thursday you can keep the waterfull theme and check out Letchworth State Park (3 falls) and have dinner at the Glen Iris Inn. The leaves won't be fully turned yet, but it's beautiful year round. You can even stay at the Inn, but book early because it fill up fast in the fall. Then head to THE Falls on Saturday.
  19. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't the Bills have to trade for Gardner. He's not a UFA and the Skins are looking for a 3rd or 4th. Having said that, I still think Gardner can be a good reciever in the league. He just needs to get away from the Skins. Another guy with upside who has been stuck in a sloppy passing attack is Travis Taylor. Might be able to get him cheap and he has a ton of upside.
  20. Hambone had 3 or 4 years to unseat a ninety-year-old Emmitt Smith on teo different teams and couldn't get it done. He couldn't beat a one legged man in an ass kicking contest. Troy Hambrick = Ron Dayne
  21. I'm guessing the Squawks would take an RB with Miami's pick...unless Holmgren thinks Morris is the man. Swapping Alexander and picking (guessing) Brown. Offload some salary, get Surtain and IMO, not lose much if anything at RB. I think it's a good deal for the Hawks.
  22. The thing at 83 people and the guy in the pic is stepping over its head? It must be drugged to high heaven.
  23. Well that settles it. We can close the thread now
  24. It's ESPN, so chances are it's wrong.
