Literally among the best road crews in the world up there. If you're coming from the south, that plan is very doable. Maybe try to get up as far as a Springfield/Silver Creek line? Should be lightening up by early morning and making a very manageable drive in.

Here's a link to a bunch of traffic cams around the area; use the drop downs to check out I-90 interchanges and Rte 219 cams. Also shows updates on road closures (lots of them). Driving anywhere between Buffalo and Hamburg in the next several hours is asking for bad trouble, imo. Springfield and south of there look fine; north of the Airport looks fine. Anything in between there ranges from messy ➡️ dangerous white-out conditions.

Somewhere between 2 and 2-1/2 hrs You'll get some snow down there overnight tomorrow but no more than a couple inches
-
Rte 219 is closed and the I-90 exit around Blasdell is currently a 100% white out on traffic cams. I now have zero doubt people would have died in this.

NBC Sports: Mike Tomlin entering the final year of his contract
Simon replied to The Helmet of's topic in The Stadium Wall
My off the cuff estimate would be that Tomlin has approximately 50-60 IQ points on you.- 33 replies

Total guess judging only from radar returns: Maybe 8" so far? Probably a bit more to the south of Orchard Park. Band is sliding northward now and it will likely start piling up more overnight.

I think the Phish are just too beat up to take advantage of an imploding Chiefs team. -

Excellent, then you can take your repetitive, pointless crusade right out of this thread and keep it out. -

Typically the Great Lakes are about 10 - 20% covered in ice around this time of the season. This year on New Years Day, ice coverage was recorded at 0.35%.

No, but that clip is one of the first things I thought of

I just saw thunder snow at the Blasdell interchange

They put a number up earlier that claimed the Browns have the best pass D in the NFL at home, but have the worst pass D in the NFL on the road. That's cray cray

Browns gonna Brown 🤷♂️

It's still going up

This is a bunch of BS, capped off by a lie. Snowfall forecasts are up to 30", twice what Minn got and having roads impassable is not life as normal. Drop the political nonsense. Now.
-
Yes, I read the article. The Minnesota game had already been rescheduled for the following day before the roof collapsed. (when they got 15" of snow, not the 2-3' expected in Buffalo). Then it was moved to another location after the roof collapsed. Take your dome and gub'ment nonsense the same place the other guy is taking his political nonsense.

The Bills And The NFL Need To Take Care of Their People.
Simon replied to YodaMan79's topic in The Stadium Wall
Once you start hitting people, you sort of stop feeling anything. Your senses dial down to a more narrowed focus and other things fade away (pain, noise, etc). -
Actually, it's happened multiple times in other places, like both Minnesota and Philadelphia. Which you would know if you actually read the article. Take your political crusade somewhere else.
