One of the things that gave me pause initially and thought looked bad for Araiza was the fact that this accuser did do something that many actual rape victims unfortunately do not do - go in immediately (next day) and get a rape kit done. That, combined with all these prosecutor findings (which I do not doubt at all), just doesn’t add up to me, unless she was attempting some actual malicious s***.

that’s absolutely not what it means. Substantial completion (July 2026) means it’s ready to be open and used. The March 2027 date is full build out - all the auxiliary things will be done by then.

yeah I mean they obviously drafted Gibbs with the intent of shipping off Swift, which they did, and Campbell was best in class at MLB but both were way too high value-wise. But we shall see! If they both turn out well no one will care where they were drafted in a couple of years.
