I get it that many of you are happy that Simon is coming on board and will now move over and start listening to station and its possible this will be better for all in the log run , having said that and given Hammer has said in another thread he had spoken with them and that at no time during broadcasts last week or this week was there a mention of any changes, simply its right to have some feeling for folks who lost there jobs in the middle of the week with no apparent notice who ever they are , because the replacement is someone we like does not make it right......... Hopefully you folks so high on Simon will now start to give the other folks on station a break......

Yes Puff , Kevin and Bob were on this morning and I had it on from start of program and did not hear any mention. How ever you stand on Simon coming on board, giving these three people the door in the middle of the week just doesnt seem right, one would have thought they would have been given some notice worked out the week and Simon started next Monday, from the outside looking in it cetainly looks wrong how they did it.

There times and posts lately where I really must wonder if some posters are more fans of their own smack and smart retorts than fans of Bills, I do not agree that all that come here are Bills fans , some come to raise hell and get a charge out of doing it. It does go to far at times......imo

In Tom Donahoes Monday question and answers for this week the final question is about so many folks favourite villain Mike. Its nice to see that he was given some recognition for a good game on Sunday, and the thought expressed that he is improving from week to week. So much negative has been said about him on balance only fair to give him his due when he does well, and that does get ignored to easily. Jason (Buffalo): Hey Tom, I think what you have done is great. We're out of cap jail and our future looks bright. Do you think Mike Williams will be an average tackle/guard or a dominant/great one? TD: All of us here feel that Mike Williams can be a dominant football player in this league. We drafted him as a right tackle and he is improving each week under the tutelage of Jim McNally and we feel that Mike is not going to do anything but get better. At this time you could probably label his run blocking as dominant and his pass protection is an aspect of his game that gets better each week. I understand that, thing is that is what makes it so special,there are so many who never do have that special time, my guess is that there are many on board who rooted with family members, friends now gone and every game at the Ralph remember those times wih Moms and Dads and those special friends its what builds the passion. I think often we shorten the winning season, its more than one single season its a composite of generations going to games enduring the crap and losing , the bad coaches , the referees , close loses, the great players , plays so dam close, its all that stuff and sharing it with others and remembering others that make it special. Hell ya , we all want that magic season, I hear you.

Young man you really would have had seen that team and games, those Bills didnt have to have their heads down to anyone. Those teams were Champions. Our time will come again and as hard as it is when its happens it will be that much sweeter to those who endure. If Championship seasons came so often they wouldnt be special. When its does it will be a magic , its good to enjoy the moments we have for they will not come again.
