What's bothering me is why the republicans are recalcitrant. Bipartisanship is the only way, and we'd better hope they take it when they can get it, because it seems the first 3 years are lame duck years for everything now.

Giving the border attention. National Guard in the subways. Less talking about green incentives. Most of it is recent attempting to sway independents.

My random commentary is based on exit polls, what's yours based on, feelings? It was 53% male for Trump vs 45 female; Age18-29: 60% Biden-36% trump. To extrapolate what your feelings got, to get a majority of 18-29 males it would make the divide between males and females in that group ridiculously out of whack. I'm not mathematician/statistician, but it would have to be like 80-20. I doubt that's the case.

I was going by exit polls from last election. 15,590 respondents. Was 62-35%. I believe trump has closed the gap, but not by that much.

This was obviously a gaffe by Trump, which they are jumping on, because that's how politics works. He did say it will be a bloodbath for our country, when he should have said for the auto industry. The guy does love his dog whistles, but younger voters overwhelmingly are against Trump. If there is a bloodbath, it certainly wouldn't be a bunch of 50+year-olds hurting a bunch of under 30-year-olds. I can assure you of that. Harley cosplayers would find out real fast how soft the younger generation really is.

I think most Americans want the same things, but they also know that neither candidate or party is going to deliver for them. The democrats are starting to smarten up, but you seem to hold that against them. Not Trump, Biden or Congress is even close to having favorability over unfavourability. The division we see in our country and right here on these boards works in their favor, though.

The right's MSM touting scaravans in an attempt to gain voters is nothing new at all, but somehow they magically stopped in 2016, while illegals numbers still remained the same. trump was better with immigration, but he had all of Congress, and did little to nothing better than the status quo. He did just enough to feed his sheep with ICE.

Not all republicans are GQP'ers, but the fact they call actual republicans rino's is proof they exist. For the umpteenth time, because I don't like the far right doesn't mean I have to believe the far left is as equally as bad. They're bad too, but it's not even close.

Washington is a giant washing machine with a giant green dollar sign on the front of it. At least this money(mostly older equipment) is being used to fight an enemy. Fox news is showing immigrants literally walking right through the boarder "wall". I'm sure that's fine with the patriots here, because they know Biden could go down there with a welder and fix it if he wanted to.
