Wasn't just three calls at the end (two non calls on Diggs and the Evans call), but there were so many inconsistencies and maybe someone can help in case I missed anything.

    1. Could have been 3-4 Roughing the Passer on TB
    2. Spots - Seemed the Bills they put the ball back 1 -2 yards on multiple calls, yet TB got favourable spots (am I just being a homer here?)
    3. Twice TB was called for penalties, only to be then offset by some call in the secondary by Buffalo (never saw replays).  Both were third down incompletions and the second led to the 27-10 FG
    4. Diggs & others being mauled and that terrible non call where Diggs was grabbed (second quarter) and then lost the ball (would have been a TD)
    5. Outside two Offside and a 4 yd Roughing the Passer, TB had one other penalty (on a kick return).

Hate when reffing imposes themselves on the result.

I agree on all counts I wish there was anything we could do, BUT THE NFL WANTS VRADY VS BELLICHECK PERIOD AND WE WERE VICTOMIZED BY THEIR OBSESSION WITH BRADY AND BELLICHECK 2 WEEKS IN A ROW

Looking forward to our two matchups with them. Two men enter, one man is victorious.

Oliver is fine and seems to be improving incrementally.  It often takes interior defensive lineman a couple of years to really hit their stride.

Ford, on the other hand, seems to be a certified bust at this point.

Let's take a look at all of the major contributors to our current stud team drafted by Beane:

Allen, Edmunds, Taron Johnson, Neal, Knox, Singletary, Oliver, Bass, Gabe Davis, Moss, Spencer Brown and Rousseau.  And we've gotten contributions from Dane Jackson, Darryl Johnson, Jaquan Johnson, Harrison Phillips.  Guys like Epenesa, Basham and Sweeney also show promise.

THIS!!!!!!! BINGO!!!PIN THE TAIL ON THE DONKEY

The multiple OL holding calls killed us. Mainly in 1st half.

Allen was very mediocre all day, I really think this whole team looked liked they bought into the crazy off season hype and got punched in the mouth.

Exactly my thoughts, I think this is the gut check we needed so that we come out on fire for the rest of the season, we came out 10-0 and thought it was gonna be a gimme and folded

If I may, I'm reminded of Hard Knocks with the Rams back when Fisher was still the head coach (and our own Rob Boras was heading the offensive play-calling?)...anyways, who was that DE who believed in Mermaids but NOT dinosaurs? I'll never forget his "logic" about it: the impressive volume of unearthed evidence of dinosaurs (you know, their actual remnants/fossils) was actually suspicious to him, whereas the complete LACK of evidence of mermaids (save for dubious anecdotal accounts) was a sign to him of something suspicious, like a coverup or conspiracy. His logic was entirely inverted.

I think alternative medicines and treatments sometimes lead people down a similar path, where distrust in the mainstream healthcare machine (which undoubtedly gets things wrong sometimes) becomes belief. Some of it must be the demonstrable efficacy of belief/placebo effect, as you point out. Players find alternative treatments and therapies and medicines that help them more than the standard accepted practices. They both reap the rewards AND feel smarter or more resourceful for circumventing accepted best practice.

Anyways, it's a compelling storyline for this team and for others. I'll do my best to stick to football-related angles on it.

  6. my personal choice would be-   either    boogie-rosseau-obada-epenesa         orrrrrrr   boogie-rosseau-oliver-obada orrrrrrr    obada-rosseau-boogie-epenesa

This is strictly where I see things going once the season progresses, definitely not out of the gate. You can't keep talent off the field and I'm sorry but

hughes is slow and weak compared to 2 seasons ago let alone 3 or 4.  We have some major talent in the fold now that could use reps now not next year.

Either Epenesa, obada, basham, or rosseau have better physical tools right now than Hughes(not even going to speak on addison) they just lack technique and a vast arsenal of pass rush moves(all can be coached to have them this offseason and with live reps in season)

    flame awayyyyyyy lol

I've been saying for a month that the Bills are drafting for the future.  That's what Beane said in an interview just now.  He's figured out what holes he'll have to address in 2022 and 2023, not in 2021 when he's got starters he likes all across the board already.

My personal choice, one that I see no one else mentioning, is a safety, to learn from Hyde and Poyer and to be prepared to step in when either of them loses the step that we all know they will lose eventually.

honestly I thought that would be dean marlowe he looked really good every snap I saw from him....and micah lost the step already and poyers lost half a step haha but they make up for it with smarts and great team work imo

  8. It was a snowy weekend and it was the last game of the year if I remember right. We were at home playing the jets and it was Sammy Watkins up against revis and he torched him all game lol. The dedication part comes here-my buddy and I go to leave the hotel to head to the game and a tire blows out on my car smh. So I stop at a Walmart and I'm told it'll be an hour wait I leave and go hit Monroe if I remember correctly. Monroe says it'll be an hour wait so I say "listen I'll give you $100 cash as a tip if you get me outta here in 15 mins" to the kid at the counter....bing bam boom I'm outta there in 10 and on my way to the game!!!

Already.  It's always a somber feeling the day after the Superbowl.  The off season is so so long.  And now that we are a player again I imagine that will be amplified.

Wish next years schedule came out today, I'm ready for 2021

I felt it as soon as the afc championship was over brother right there with you, start doing some of your own scouting and deciding what the bills needs are it can be fun

  10.  losing Shaq, Lorenzo, Phillips and to a lesser extent Star......

I can't complain too much about this season folks it was an awesome season all in all and it was fun to watch it unfold. I see a lot of finger pointing going around at different

position groups on the team as well as blame for the coaches and I get that completely and agree with some of it. I feel like we didn't play our game and played completely Vanilla

because we feared the chiefs(that's on the coaches for sure).  All in all imo losing the above mentioned players made our defense lack the punch it had last year that caused

issues for opposing offenses and it's as simple as that. Why did Tre and our safetys and Lb's look average or worse????? Because they didn't have havoc being created in front of them end of story. Our offense is a real 3 down running back away from being a total juggernaut, our defense needs a lot to hold up their end of the bargain. We were a rb and a defense away from going to the big dance this year......Not too shabby ;)

Go Bills chin up guys and gals beanes got this

I look at impact here. Was tre as good as the previous two seasons? Absolutely not.

    Was that him? His teammates?

I don't know, but I know he wasn't near the player that earned that contract.

Tre is a baller, the real problem is our lack of pass rush, qb's and wr's have had too much time this year, losing shaq and phillips really cost our defense

These are the best coaches in the NFL... They either have next-level smarts or an elite ability to motivate players to perform.

McDermott is a solid playoff coach, but not a championship coach, I fear... So Bills fans are like, "We're 8-3! Enjoy it!" But I see a frustrating period of good-but-not-good-enough on the horizon for the foreseeable future.

And that's depressing. I am absolutely not of the "Hey, it's Buffalo; at least we're winning" type of mentality. It's championships or nothing. That is the life goal. And with McDermott signing a long-term contract, I almost feel as hopeless as I would if we sucked. If we sucked, at least there would be hope of striking coaching gold on an imminent hire. In this case, though, I feel like we'll just be a solid playoff team for the next many years, but not elite enough to win it all.

Just sit back and think about our coaches leading up to Mclappy.............................................

    let the names sink in............................

there do you feel better now??????????

    If not you're hopeless bro

I like the quote in SI.com

    5. Buffalo Bills (7–3)
    Last week: Bye
This week: vs. Los Angeles Chargers
Josh Allen’s rise to stardom has masked a struggling defense, but the fact that they lost their No. 2 and 3 corners 24 hours before the trip to Arizona and still came within a Hail Mary of winning counts as encouraging. And with the Dolphins losing in Denver and struggling to figure out their quarterback situation, the likely worst-case scenario for the Bills is an AFC East championship game against Miami during Week 17 in Orchard Park.

    6. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7–4)
Last week: Loss vs. Los Angeles Rams 27–24
    This week: vs. Kansas City
You’d have to go all the way back to two weeks ago to find a Tom Brady performance as ugly as Monday night’s. Of course, that Rams defense has made a lot of quarterbacks look bad this year (not Josh Allen, but mortal quarterbacks), and the Bucs defense has held up its end of the bargain over the last seven quarters. As we saw in Carolina nine days ago—when Tampa Bay scored on all 10 of their possessions—this offense is capable of piling up the points, but it’s tough to know when it’s going to show up.

I couldn't get enough of watching the rams swarm brady it was good stuff lol, Brady can't have much time left especially not when he's taking a beating like that

As always, great interview and article by Ty Dunne.Interesting insight into his time with the Bills etc...

What an interesting article, fascinating honestly. I'm an empath so I know what he's talking about and I've long felt that covid19 and the unrest in the world is the next coming of a world war. Not that war in any capacity anywhere has really truly stopped, especially the middle east for instance. I just heard a lot of

scary stuff about covid and whats really happening now from an army national gaurd medical officer with a high clearance and to be blunt they've been testing soldiers that are home with covid and they can't get it to exit their bodies PERIOD. Let that sink in, he says that it already is on it's third mutation and not only that but even if you had/have covid and have had zero symptoms your life will be shortened 10-20 years because its like getting hepatitis c it stays no matter what and it ruins your pulmonary system. Now think about what someone who struggled and had/has symptoms has in store for their life expectancy =( This is scary as all get out. Maybe Sammy the millionaire who undoubtedly has more connections than us knows a lot more than he's letting on.  He dropped some large bombs
