  1. At this point we'll just be looking at the practice squad and elevating offensive linemen which might not be a bad idea. Just cannot keep going with the duds up front. Need a spark in the leadership and if we cannot get it done pack it in, circle our on wagons, and call it a drought-era season where everybody just quit on us and bought the hype.
  2. Hard to really get into this teams final results in getting blown out. Drought level era the Pr team needs to just stop and let us just not see useless and worthless stats all that matters are W's.
  3. I think we should go with a scheme Jerry Hughes is used too with a 4-6 over to stop the run and put more pressure on the Saints Quarterbacks. We've pretty much given up to many rushing yards need something to get this defense back on track. Same this squad is drought-era heart breaking bad, just circled their own wagons, and checked out of being in the playoffs. Unless, we go with a dramatic defensive overhaul to a 46 over to break up the defensive play calls we can look at things being completely out of reach by the time we get eliminated.
  4. Living in Maine lots of my family pity me for following along to root for Buffalo, on everything except for hockey (Canadiens), and baseball (Expo's/Nats). Game is just something where I'm going to do what I did drought era check the scores, not get to into it, and just win or lose shrug my shoulders. Somethings wrong in Buffalo if they can beat the Saints got a good chance to salvage and inspire a power smash mouth attitude. If not well, it was nice, nd then we prepare for the next season and building up for the off-season.
  5. Hard watching this, me and my older brother loved the Bills. Last loss pretty much has me tuned out. It makes me wonder how many players are starting to tune out the process. Getting reports players wanted to be traded cut, and released because they are not being interacted with. Let's just look at next years draft and making upgrades all the way around.
  6. After we've been blown out, dragged through the mud, and a Coach who admitted he was out coached, didn't have players prepared, and couldn't motivate his own squad. I'd say you move on if he's not living up to where he should be. Have to cut your losses and let it go. He's not that guy who just blew out a team he's a guy whose been thumped, out coached, and knocked out while having his assistant Coaches stand in for him. Yeah, that's pretty clearly checked out to me. Without Frazier or Daboll there's no value to McDermott whatsoever. He's just another face who under performed and couldn't get the job done. I'm a Bills fan and even I've had to repeat it when he cancels pressers and sends out his assistant Coaches. That's meaning he's to far checked out to even be in the Jets coaching roster.
  7. We have gotten as far as we are going to with Sean. It's time to admit his Coaching appeal and charms aren't working anymore. The players aren't really listening anymore and pressers are usually done by Frazier and Daboll. Getting completely dominated and blown out has to stop. It's like he's waving a white flag and saying he's not up to the task of being a top-tier NFL head coach.
  8. We have the talent, a great roster, and now we've got a checked out Head Coach whose doing nobody any good if he's not going to produce. You have to cut him loose if he's given up and checked out. No matter what his excuses are he's not even attending pressers anymore. Let him go, line up Doug Pederson, and we can wave by to McDermott.
  9. I think ownership has pretty much told him the next Coach up is Doug Pederson if he's not getting the job done. And, he's not so that's where we are at. Collapsing and completely being MIA during pressers is not a good look for Sean.
  10. Doug Pederson might already be lined up and we might just be seeing McDermott having to look at that and know he's not going to stack up.
  11. If he does anymore pressers I'd be surprised Daboll and Frazier have been running media Mondays for him. Thinking we could hear a presser which starts off with one of them having to say he's pulling a Bobby P and leaving Buffalo.
  12. We've been completely pounded by competitive franchises. It looks like Frank Reich is the better Coach and McDermott only had a COVID season where he could do realistically anything. Right now he's washing out of the NFL.
  13. Nobody wants to listen but he's checked out, unemotional sideline semi-tantrums, a couple of waffle decisions, and he is ditching and ducking his Monday pressers and delegating nearly all media days to his assistant Coaches. Bottom line is he's not getting ti done and something is wrong to the point where he's ready to bolt. People are going to jump up and talk about how bad we were before him, right now we're looking drought-era Bills, and he's completely checked out, not motivating players, and reminding us of Dick Jauron and Canned Chan Gailey. I'm sure they are happier with the end result but real fans want winning if McDermott cannot deliver to that end we can find someone else to deliver and Doug Pederson is the most likely to do it.
  14. I'm thinking he's already on the hot seat, checked out, completely emotionless, players are disrespecting him, and he's delegating media days to assistant Coaches. I don't think we have to wait long and come tomorrow we could see a surprise firing. The past is the past if he's not producing when he's favored then that means that he's checked out on even trying and is living in his own past. You cannot have that it means he's too lazy to be relied upon.
  15. Thought it was La Salle California campus. If that's the case then we've got a bigger problem and we cannot keep him if he's having assistance doing his duties of pressers.
  16. I'm not trolling, he and wife have roots at La Salle, and if Carson Palmer let the cat out of the bag about professional buyout, and contract offers; we could be looking at a presser wherein. "I am sorry to inform everyone that my heart...." You get the general idea where his mindsets at.
  17. Sean McDermott checked out when USC opened up, his family has roots there, his wife has roots there, and why won't anyone else say it? La Salle Cali was his High School and we all have blinders on he checked out on us.
  18. Carson Palmer kind of threw it all together for us when he said USC was wanting to do buyouts of pro-contracts of Head Coaches. Without even analyzing McDermott or his wife didn't really know why he would have such a collapse. And, now we know why his heart's not in Buffalo anymore if it ever really was to begin with. Beane can right the ship and find his choice of a Coach when the smoke clears after this season.
  19. We're not moving forward until we fire Sean McDermott he's not getting us anywhere. Folks lock out my USC takes and don't listen to the La Salle talks and treat me like I'm doxxing him. Sorry folks two years in inventories analysis and I can spot when someone is running a long con-artist game and a fraud operation. And, Sean has that to the hilt.
  20. Sean McDermott and his wife attended La Salle together, have roots to the Cali area, which is explaining why he's checked out, and cancelled media day interactions. It's rather sad to see it happen but I"m moving onto Leslie Frazier as the Head Coach. We cannot count on which McDermott will coin flip and decide to show up.
  21. Guy went to high school in La Salle and the USC job opened up. Strange why he's drifted off right?
  22. Let's get it out of the way McDermott isn't performing nd we ned to plan to salvage the season. Planning ahead keeping Beane should be the target. Losing McDermott isn't that big of a loss to me right now.
  23. The only real way to salvage this team, is in firing Sean McDermott, keeping Brandon Bene, hiring Doug Pederson, and keeping Sean from taking any credit.
  24. Terminating McDermott might be the only way to salvage this team and this season. We have to admit it pressure was there to perform. He's been checked out since USC opened up.
