Again, not sure why you're getting upset with me. I have offered no opinion at all this year on JP. When I reply well certain Qb had these stats, but he sucks and Jp doesn't I ask for reasoning. You get upset. Why? Why so defensive? Again, I have posted no judgement of JP and his ability or lack there of this year since the season started.

When you make it to the pros and can tell me the plays and each persons responsibility in a given system, we'll talk. Until then you don't know sh--. If you're so good how come you don't scout parttime for the Bills. You know that have volunteer film scout positions on almost every team. To help look at team film looking for tendancies and ticks that either the Bills players or upcoming opponents have. It's actually a good way if you like football to get a permanent scouting position with a team. I ahev known three folks who did it, one is now a permanent scout, getting pretty good bucks. Until you break down NFL film from all angles and know the intentions of the play your guess is as good as mine.

Stats don't the whole story either. A Qb with a relatively low completion percent but a fair amount of yards is probably going downfield more. As long as the INT's are down and the team is winning, that style is good in that it keeps safeites off the line and LB's back, opening the running game. But a high completion percent with minimal yards can actually hurt a team and teams just have to play everything under, and stop the YAC's. Think Holcomb here.

The safeties seem to be doing a good job if they have primary coverage. Where they are struggling is when coverage rolls to them or they have to support a deep double. About what you expect from a rookie who isn't instinctive. They are thinking and reacting. But they are showing some good things as well. However, it makes Clements and Mcgee look bad because of this.

Just don't shoot them if they come into work looking for some money. Okay?

Holcomb get's us a team that will be 8-8 in a full season. He will never be better then that. He will make the line look better, because he makes quicker decisions, and the fact that he can't throw over defenses. It will bring the TE and screens into play, and make us competative week in and week out. However Holcomb is not the answer. We are going nowhere as long as he is the QB.
