1. Oh I am so reminded of last year. We need a shaking head smilie.
2. hopefully stuck
3. Like I said, sneaky bastard isn't he. And no way it's BF, unless someone is doing it for him.
4. Well Darin usually is much better at little tricks than me. I am sure it means something, I just haven't figured it out. BTW, I doubt Darins read the Bible. He hasn't been struck by lightning last I checked.
5. If you want to know how battles are going yeah. But if you want the theatre then you better go higher than someone who doesn't know what's happening 6 blocks over. You better hope you trust your folks to communicte stuff up properly.
6. Here's what I came up with, but I think he messed up the next to last line. See if you take the total number of characters in the paragraph, divide by the number of sentence in each paragraph, add PI, and divide by the total number of words, count over that many characteres you get that message. However the next to last line he messed up and it should be an M It wasn't hard once I figured out the pattern.
7. Forest and tree's my freind. Trust me 2 star army generals whose title is senior spokesman, really doesn't see much more than the trees. I'll see if I can find the most recent one. But basically it says the same thing.
8. Then at least do yourself a favor and go to the actual briefing and not the Washingotn Posts edited version: http://www.accessmylibrary.com/comsite5/bi...d=0286-16013253 Here is what he actually said. Pretty neat how the post took the one statement and said we are failing: Again, to keep the situation in Baghdad in some perspective, I must realistically note that while the last days have been tough, we have not witnessed that reduction in violence one would have hoped for in a perfect world, but there have been some successes.
9. Would it matter? Since you only show up for the 4th quater anyways, you probably can sit pretty much whereever you want, since the stadium empties out early.
10. And with that I agree.
11. Well.... considering that you managed to bungle the basic "reply in quotes" thingy, he may have a point. 811158 Not me. It's his message that threw the quotes off. I was too lazy to correct.
12. The SciAm article to which you refer is basing itself on a closed case. (i'm an avid reader of SCiAm, so i am familiar with their format, content, etc) Its saying that given a job with X complexity, someone with higher intelligence will do better at THAT SPECIFIC JOB than someone with lower intelligence. No sh--! A smarter person will do better at a task than a dumber one! What a shocking result! Nowhere does it predict or state that soneone with higher intelligence will have a better job or be better off economically. Basically the study is this: You have a job where you need someone to put 10 round pegs in round holes, and 10 square pegs in square holes. All the article is saying is that while me and bungee jumper will be done with the task in roughly 15 seconds, you and VABills will take closer to an hour and a half to complete the task. 811135 :fyou
13. Or run disciplined routes.
14. You do know that Pace is a Democrat right?
15. Actually no. PP had 28 his first 6 games with Atlanta.
16. Because he is injured. The Bills know it, and probably so does the rest of the league, considering he's been reported as having a torn/injured quad for at least a couple weeks. But go ahead and keep hating. BTW, with the injury it may cut down on how much he makes next year. I wouldn't be shoked to see a long term contract for Nate before next year from the Bills. Of course Nate and Mcgee aren't struggling because you have two rookie safeties who are thinking and reacting too slowly in picking up converage. No that would never happen. Nope, Nate and Mcgee just all of a sudden started sucking. But of course Vincent and Milloy sucked. Yup, it was all their fault. Now we have two rookies that each has and INT and everyone loves them. I like them too, but they are making mistakes that doesn't seem obvious. Late breaks in coverage. Lake of support. Not picking up the right guy. etc....
17. Yeah actually Willis is 1000 times better at blocking. Considering that Travis pretty much refused, it's not hard to be better.
18. Can we bring on real ones?
19. I bet Felser nows sucks according to everyone? BTW, notice, I have not given my opinion of Losman. Just calling people on saying these guys suck when they badmouth a player.
20. And they proabbly have a little more access to players, coaches , and actually watching more practices than we do. So I am betting their opinion is probably a little closer to reality than yours or mine.
21. About as much as anyone here.
22. Really. I see JP's as 70.5. I am assumming you are posting lifetime since that what you did for Jimbo. I know you wouldn;t try to pick and choose stats only from a limited timeframe to compare to someones elses based on different criteria. That would almost be a lie. And BTW, Jim had an 84.4. Also, some other real facts: Jimbo fumbled 76 times in 160 games started, less than 1 every 2 games. Losman has 13 in 14 games started so far. About 1 every game. Jim had 175 INT's in 160 games, just over 1 per game. JP has 14 INT's in 14 games started, so about 1 per game. Jim had 275 TD's in 160 games, about 1 2/3 TD's per game JP 14 TD's in 14 games about 1 per game. But to be fair, you really can't compare because on JP's side, he's still young and if he gets better those numbers will improve, a lot. To be fair to Jim, they don't imclude his USFL stats, which would completely estroy any comparison and Jimbo would be so much better.
