The refs sucked. But they suck every game for both teams. I blame the Goodell and the NFL, not the refs. There are way too many things that qualify as a penalty on the books.

Josh was off a a few throws. However, the best thing is that he's making the right reads and using the whole field. The speed of the game and ability to read the defense/go through progressions is the hardest part of the game for QB's. You are seeing Josh get better in this space every game. This is EXACTLY what we want to see right now.

This game was lost because of Special Teams and lack of receivers. Beane is going to overhaul this offense. Don't worry. Josh played really well. Not perfect. But man, this team has a QB.

Houston is the better team with much better pitching. Astros in 5. Series won't be that close. Sox are flawed with weak pen and flawed rotation after Chris Sale. Example: David Price is a good pitcher, but gets crushed in the post season. Post season Stats: 2-9 with ERA of 5.28. uh oh.....

4 months ago I called because all of my credits had expired. I got $60 off for 12 months (no contract), 3 months Showtime and 6 months HBO. I called 3 weeks ago. Told automated system i wanted to cancel. Specifically asked for relief on my Sunday Ticket renewal (no max). Said he could offer me 25% off. He also said I could call back during Week 1 and there would likely be other offers I would be eligible for as well. I took the 25% off and plan to call back next week. Interesting customer service model with "call back later for more discounts".

Wife and I are flying in from Houston for Tennessee game in early October. Haven't been to a game since 2009 and not from Buffalo. Any suggestions on the following would be greatly appreciated! Will be taking uber to stadium from downtown. We want to walk around experience the scene. Best suggestion on how to obtain beer? Is there a place to buy outside stadium or should i just have the uber driver stop on the way? :) Were staying at the curtiss hotel downtown. Any suggestions for nice restaurants near the hotel Friday or Saturday night? What about after the game on Sunday? Last time we went to anchor bar after the game and had a great time, but wanted to get others suggestions. Appreciate it and thanks for starting this thread - very helpful for out of towners!
