  1. Onside kicks have become pointless. Recovery rates are non-existent.
  2. Still wasn’t even a good throw. Made the receive wait so long the defender almost caught up.
  3. Because people watch the games. I watched Jackson every time he is on TV this season. I watched Josh Allen every Wyoming game I could find, pro-day, senior bowl, and combine. These two really are not even comparable. Jackson benefited by having two good receivers. When he was relied upon, he failed. Josh Allen WAS Wyoming. He did everything. If he wasn’t creating offense Wyoming was done. When Allen was injured Wyoming lost to San Jose State (who? Exactly). My personal analysis is Jackson is a semi mobile QB with a good QB frame. He is not a great passer and when he does scramble he has very questionable decision making and ball security.
  4. 2nd half after that blocked field goal was perfect. 12-0, momentum, put the QB in who can pass
  5. It’s too late now. He has died on this sword. Even if Flacco scores a TD on each drive left, not going to be enough time most likely.
  6. Absolutely horrendous showing. Can’t believe there are people in Baltimore that paid to watch this.
  7. Worst I can remember was Tyrod last year. Just looked up his stats, he threw for 134 and ran for 27. So Tyrod greatly put performed Lamar.
  8. Absolutely. Especially after the field goal block gave you momentum. Then Lamar sucked it all away.
  9. My exact thought. Can’t run the ball 3 straight downs anymore.
  10. The way this game was going you have to go for it on 4th and 1
  11. I would not. But that’s the problem too. They are sticking with a QB who they won’t trust to pass. So they are running 3 straight plays.
  12. I’m glad I’m not a ravens fan. This must be maddening to watch for them.
  13. Lamar 2 completions for 17 yards and still in there ?
  14. If he loses this game, get rid of him as planned. If he leads a deep run, re-evaluate or get rid of him anyways. It’s difficult to make the playoffs in the NFL, you need to try anything to win while there. Lamar gives you zero chance of winning this game.
  15. Horrible decision to go back with Lamar. You just had a momentum switch, have to go with Flacco and hope to catch a spark.
  16. Absolutely. I might feel different about this game if I believe Baltimore had much of a chance of coming back. However, the way their offense is being dominated I feel like the game is over at 9-0
  17. Lamar is horrendous this game and Baltimore cannot do anything. I always wondered how he would look if he had to continuously pass. Being behind necessitates that. Baltimore might want to consider putting Flacco in for the second half. They are going to have to pass a lot.
  18. Yikes. Not a good decision at all IMO. I was not impressed by him this season. I doubt NFL scouts will be either. Poor ball security, benefited from good WR’s. Shouldn’t go any higher than the 5th round. More likely 6,7 or UDFA.
  19. People say this, and then forget that the NFL is a constantly evolving game. Who is to say that the next evolution is not going to be strong defensive play and a run heavy game? Wouldn’t that “gimmick” fit perfectly into that style of play? Also, Lamar has thrown the ball about 25 times a game. Including a beauty of a throw for a long TD to lead a comeback just a few weeks back.
  20. I was thinking the same thing. Why would anyone interview this guy at all? He wasn’t good as a head coach, and as an OC has Tom Brady his entire career. Add in that he accepted, then refused the colts offer.
