  1. Tell me about Epenesa, Rousseau and the Bills young edge rushers. They were drafted to pressure Mahomes and sadly they failed. The same scenario as last year with Hill running wild through our secondary and Kelce open with the game on the line.  We gave up 17pts a game in the regular season and 36 when it counted.

  2. Horrible job by Sean. He fritter away one of the all time QB performances in NFL history. How do you kick the ball in the end zone with 13 seconds left. The defense allowing Kelce to be uncovered with 8 seconds left . Hill not doubled in overtime was bad, but the D-line never got any pressure on Mahomes. The guy did anything he wanted. This was a game we had.

  3. Dane was unable to cover Pitts effectively and Kelce is bigger. He will have to be bumped early by an LB and or a safety and then covered by Dane or Johnson. The problem is Mahomes extending plays and keeping Kelce covered. If he starts hurting us Sean might have to double him with Edmunds and a db. He can wreck a game.

Maybe Johnson has been reading this board and said "Crap, I better fix it or I'll get fired"!😁

Whatever he's doing, it's working. It's like we finally have defenses having to protect against runs by our backs and that's giving Josh time to find all these receiving options. The check downs are even wide open.

  5. Who are these guys? This line is opening holes for Motor and Josh, giving the protection Josh needs to pick teams apart and imposing their will on good defenses. All credit must go to O-line coaches and the lineman who have taken responsibility for this offense being successful.

  6. Josh will reflect all QBs difficulties in strong wind, but to a lesser extent because of arm strength. His stats have not been up to his normal performance in reasonable weather. This also can be attributed playcalling that is evolving with Josh's understanding about taking what defenses are giving. Everything is moving in the right direction.

I have never seen anything like it, but I believe the Bills got every single “break” last night. It really felt like a curse was broken. Consider just these plays:

    1) Allen tries to throw the ball away, yet amazingly Knox catches it for a TD (an extraordinarily difficult catch too).

    2) McKenzie apparently fumbled the opening kickoff, but it went harmlessly

    out of bounds.

    3) Milano tips a ball, and Wallace makes a diving interception off of it.

    4) punt hits Neal in the foot, and Hyde was able to not only recover it, but then run it back 50 yards.

    5) Doinked in PAT by Bass.

    6) several wide open patriots just dropped balls.

We played a great game in every way. But it was nice to get those good luck bounces for once.

The Bills came out and physically dominated NE. Breaks are the residue of talent and want to. NE was intimidated by the elements and our great fans, then the Bills imposed their will on a team that couldn't deal with the most physically talented QB in the game. Throw in a resurgent O-line, and a RB who has finally arrived and a receiving corp that can dominate any secondary, and it was easy for the Pats to quit.

The Pro Football Gods of Buffalo look favorably upon your humility, HamptonBillsFan. Your execution at the makeshift celebratory Super Bowl gallows of Niagara Square will be relatively swift and painless. Like maybe 10 to 20 minutes, tops, of squirming? In accordance with tradition, know that upon your termination, your descendants shall be granted one tenth of a quarter acre of land at Love Canal. But the land is to remain undomed, so I suppose your posterity will just have to learn to deal with the WNY elements.

And thank you for acknowledging me as one of Snow Sparta’s finest warrior princesses! Legend has it that my real father was actually a polar bear, HIS father was an even larger polar bear, and my father’s father’s father was a civil engineer who emigrated from Poznan. Possibly true supplemental story: famed Buffalo Bills 2000 round 6 draft pick, Leif Larsen, once wrestled my alleged grandfather polar bear on an iceberg. A much younger Coach Sean McDermott (with hair!) happened to be in attendance on that iceberg venue and diligently took notes on my grandpa’s wrestling technique.

Anywho…on first glance, I do admittedly look like the runt of the warrior litter. But what I lack in physical intimidation, I more than make up for in sartorial judgmentalism and general psychological warfare skills. All week long I intend to trigger eating disorders in any Masshole, New Hampjerk, Connectic*nt, Rhode Vile-ander, Vermin-tite, or native to Meane who dares to disrespect the Bills franchise and/or the Queen City herself.

But alas, it was not my preordained destiny to be at Highmark Stadium this Saturday night! I am to be positioned at the southern defensive flank of Upstate NY that is more commonly known among New Jersey Jests fans as “Manhattan.”

One of my brothers is going to the game, though! He will be properly prepared for the outdoor battle, assuming he doesn’t change plans at the last minute and go to the Buffalo Bandits indoor pro lax game that is scheduled at the same time. I find it so ridiculous that the Bills, Bandits, and Sabres games are all scheduled at the same time. Actually, none of us brave warriors of Snow Sparta intend to watch the Sabres game…we’re all quite brave but certainly not THAT brave.

Kay,thanks for the background information. This will be my final remarks in this compelling back and forth. I tell you this because I care, I spoke with your team of doctors, they want you to go back on your medication and stop wearing the Putin mask to the supermarket, your scaring the children. If you want to continue going to the stadium, please comply with these requests.

The members of Bills Mafia attending Saturday night’s game will be among the very best warriors chosen to defend Snow Sparta. They understand the difficult task at hand and accept the challenge. They are well-acquainted with all of the cutting-edge winter warfare technology known as “coats,” “beanies,” “mittens,” and “scarves.” They are not pathetic weaklings like yourself who will, in due time, be appropriately culled from the fanbase herd. But this is Patriots Playoff Week, so let’s all stay focused and positive.

    Cheers!

Kay, I speak on behalf of all the pathetic weakling you have so aptly identified, thank you for supporting the team in these harsh conditions. You represent the best and the brightest of your generation. I look forward to being culled from the herd when you bring home the victory. Thanks for putting the merits of an open air stadium in unsafe, freezing conditions in perspective as only a true Gladiator like yourself can do. I'll toast you and the team after we win Saturday.

Very rarely does it get to Sub-Zero wind chill .. guess what that's what makes us special that we hang in there

Again if you don't want to go don't go.. there will be plenty who are willing to go

It's not just me, how about thinking of great fans that would love to be there but because of age or health problems, wouldn't chance it. 4 or 5 hours in sub zero wind chills and snow, would you want your grandparents or your kids, under 10 shivering in their boots.

And it's still an insane advantage for the Buffalo Bills because guess who's not going to be able to throw in the weather?

    Rag ahm Mac Jones

Jack kemp Jim Kelly and Josh Allen all had an advantage at others didn't.. they can throw the ball in weather that others can't

How about fans in single digits with wind chills sub zero. When looking at new stadiums, a dome is the way to go.

  13. Tell me purist, open-air stadium fans, how does this scheduling a playoff game in bone chilling cold with snow, enhance a fan's experience and help our team's chances. What should be a tremendous home field advantage and a memorable family event, is now a fight to survive conditions that could threaten your health. The national audience will love watching this spectacle from the comfort of their homes, but the hearty souls in attendance will experience cruel and unusual punishment. ⁰

  14. Another shock value, inflammatory thread from Beasley detractors. McKenzie, who had one big receiving game in his life,is the guy who must replace Beasley immediately. With Davis dinged up and Josh throwing balls through a wind tunnel like Nolan Ryan, it's time for McKenzie?. Hyde, who is the most surehanded returner, wouldn't even chance catching a punt in these conditions. Beasley can't catch a break from this board after his anti-vax statements. Thankfully the s

Stadium Wall does not make personnel decisions.

I agree. But ideally, shouldn't all linebackers have Milano's mentality?

To me it just seems like a prerequisite. It's what frustrates me the most about Edmunds

Why is this thread still flopping around this board. Hasn't this embarrassing, shock value idea had it's 10 minutes in the public space. The Mods must be desperate for content. Edmunds is crucial to anything we do. The defense has been dominant since Tampa 1st half. These one dimensional criticisms compromise this board's credibility. Just look at our record, the defenses stats and his stats. Shake it up and factor in he plays every down and he's always available besides his teammates love him. Enough of this foolishness.
