I hate drunk drivers as much as anyone and once in a car a driver should be subject to routine sobriety checks. I have no problem with cops observing drunks exiting bars and following them to see if they are driving erratically. However, I don't see any reason for cops to enter a bar and harrass customers unless the bar owner has called in a disturbance. Bar owners have the right and the responsibility to "police" their customers by denying service to those visibly impaired.

Actually the PC term is "vertically challenged" Also, I think that it is horrible to feed midgets to a lion. Unless they are fat midgets there just isn't enough meat on them to make it worth the effort.

I liked the original trilogy when I was younger. I bought Episode 1 when it came out and made it about 10 minutes before I stopped it. It sucked so bad I had no desire to see Episode 2 or the latest one.

Two things: 1. It would be nice if Cuban would bankroll someone's defense against the RIAA in order to prove his theory. It would be nice to have a court ruling that damages are this low. This would essentially stop the RIAA from enforcement. 2. I assume that the subscription services use some type of key to lock the songs if you stop paying the monthly subscription fee. How long will it be before some hacker figures out a way to crack the key? You could sign up for $5, download a million songs, crack the key, and then cancel. It would be illegal to keep the songs, but how would anyone ever enforce it? The only way would be to bust down your door and check your pc. Holy stojan! This is my 1,000th post!! Does this make me an official post whore?

I think that Office Space is freaking hilarious, but I have loaned it to some who hated it. Maybe you have to have experience working in an office to get it. My favorite part is when the consultant is telling Peter who is being let go and he gets stumped by the Indian name. "Naga...Naga...well Notgonnaworkhereanymore".

I've been to strip clubs in about 6-7 states, but none better than the Canadian ballet! One time we had a corporate conference and my boss asked if I would take about 20 guys to a strip bar and that the company would reimburse me. Really had to twist my arm on that one. The club took my credit card and gave me a pad of chits to sign and give to each girl as they danced for a guy. Let's just say that a good time was had by all, and I set a new record for "entertainment expense".

I think that at $400, they will still lose money on each one. I took a look at the specs and this sucker really has some horsepower in both cpu and video. There is going to be some big spending this Xmas when you add in games and controllers.

The owners created the loophole in the last CBA by adding other revenue sources that were exempt from the players pool. If the players push for adding this revenue (seat licenses, luxury suites, naming rights, etc) how can you have a common salary cap for all teams without sharing this revenue? The owners fighting among themselves will be a bigger impediment to a new CBA than the players. The commish has his work cut out. He has done a great job so far, but this will be his biggest challenge.

I agree. Charge a buck a rock or $2 for big ones and give the money to charity.
