This team is not set up for the D to play from behind. This D is short handed is going to get worn out if the O cant stay on the field. That is what has happened each of the past 3 weeks. The O has been a mess, dont let the scoring stat fool you as 42 of the 59 points have come in the 4th quarter when the O finally goes to hurry up panic mode and the opposing D is just trying to hang on for the win.

Multiple things can exist - Josh can play a bad game, he can still be one of the best QB's in the league, he can be the Bills QB, the coaches can suck. 99% of people on here love JA. Some get super sensitive if you say anything wrong about him. He would be the first to admit he wants 90% of that game back.

Clearly this experiment with the 12 personnel, grind it out with 15 play 8 minute drives is not working. This team operates best when it is going fast. Look at the games when they are successful and you have a lot of 2-3 minute TD drives. You have to mix it up is the bottom line. Run the same play, but out of different looks. Do what you need to and be less predictable. I am a fan of spreading the field. Dorsey seems to like to keep it tight for some reason. I can only guess he wants to over crowd one side for a numbers match up somewhere else. Its basically all or nothing when your constantly doing that which is why we have the all to common backyard play after that read is not open. Spread the field, quick slants and crosses. Mix it up under the gun and from under center.

Any word yet on why only 6 snaps? Down from 20 and then 27 down to 6. Seems like a very odd ramp up... Just saw this. Both the limp after the rush, but even in his rush you can see he down not have the same body movement. Very upright and not bending at all. Also that was the last drive of the 2nd half and was at least 3 of his 6 snaps. So even without that injury his snaps were way down.

My guess on EPA stats. Its these long drives that boost EPA. Getting first downs and long drives help boost the EPA. But I would argue that is not the Bills. They are trying to be the grind it out 10 minute drive team and is efficient getting 8 first downs on a drive. Look at the past few years and games the offense was clicking. Those are more of the 3 minute drive variety not 5+.
