  1. You wanted them to ignore the accusations. Got it.
  2. You seem to have heard what you wanted to hear.
  3. Rule change, no punts allowed!
  4. I'm in the same boat. But still waiting to know exactly what he told the Bills and when.
  5. In slimy lawyer talk, "you better believe he did" could be defined as "I hope you believe that he did." Not an affirmation that he actually did. So what exactly did he tell the NFL, and what exactly did the Bills know at the time of the draft?
  6. In the allegation, they were two different occurrences. The sex alleged to have happened outside. And the rape alleged to have happened inside. The allegation is that Araiza was the one that brought her to the room to be raped.
  7. I really can't fathom posting your client's journal on Twitter before a case has even begun. This is extraordinarily unprofessional. And yet, it may end up being effective in forcing the legal systems hand to actually look at filing he charges...
  8. It's also a tactic to force attention on the case so that the police and DA do their job. Is seven months a reasonable amount of time to wait for the results of a rape kit test?
  9. Or look at it another way. The girl goes to the hospital and gets a rape kit done seven months ago. And the police don't give her the results. She waits, and waits. And the only thing she can think is that the police are covering for star football players. Then one of them gets drafted into the NFL. Still no results. Then he gets named the starter... Sure, this could all be a "money grab." But Araiza's attorney is saying that at least one of the other players may be charged.
  10. Yeah, no distraction here that has the potential of completely eroding the team's ability to squarely focus on football. 😒
  11. Araiza's attorney is on record last night saying one if Matt's teammates may be charged. Meaning rape may have taken place. Other notes. Attorney claims that Araiza informed the NFL pre-draft that he was being accused. But then walks back what the Bills may have known by saying that they were informed in the last six weeks... What exactly did Matt Araiza inform the NFL of pre-draft? And what specifically did the Bills know? Did they know they would have a player named in a gang tape law suit?
  12. It's 7 months old. And the Bills learned about it from the attorney of the young woman, not from Araiza. He hired a criminal defense attorney, but didn't let the Bills know that he was under investigation and facing a civil suit? I wonder how many Bills players are up thinking/ texting about this at 1:30 am like all of us?
  13. Here's the thing, even if he didn't do anything wrong he appears to have been lawyered up and never reported to the Bills that a woman has been "falsely" accusing him of rape for the past seven months. Unless the Bills are lying and he did disclose during the pre-draft process, Araiza looks like he tried to hide this from the team.
  14. The aspects of the alleged conversation described in the LA Times article come entirely from what the young women has said. The calls themselves have not been released or vetted. The big question I have in all of this is if the Bills only knew about this a month ago, does that mean Ariaza withheld info during the pre-draft interview process?
  15. It says the teams are responsible for overseeing player conduct during practice. Otherwise the NFL would be responsible for refereeing practices. It doesn't say the NFL has no authority to punish players for their misbehavior during practice.
  16. Lol, the fact that legacy networks haven't upgraded their cameras has nothing to do with the facility and everything to do with the fact that they spent 250k on cameras 7-10 years ago that suck compared to what you can get with 5k now.
  17. Adam Gase 2.0
  18. Could you try to be more concise with the articles you copy and paste? Come on man!
  19. Eastside Ethan!
  20. Now that is a good use of an fx bundle!
  21. The most important part of that design is the upper awning that circles the roof. It keeps the wind out.
  22. Andre Smith blew the coverage on the TD to the TE again this week.
  23. Why was Shakir lined up outside on that 3rd & 15 conversion? Don't the Bills know he's only a slot receiver???
  24. You're clinging to your pre-draft analysis. It's ok to be wrong every so often.
