  1. I could take or leave that swirly new LA logo, but the revamped ram that accompanies this is alright. If it were me, I’d just make what they wore in the super bowl two years ago permanent.
  2. For you Narcos fans out there - “Plata o Plomo”. ?
  3. Retaking his rightful spot as this year’s Sinorice Perry. Wouldn’t be McD without having one. Maybe this time with the expanded active rosters under new CBA, we won’t have to prioritize STs at the expense of the offense. Nah....Who am I kidding? This is still McD we’re talking about. ?
  4. Who would be dumb enough to take him on with his salary and injury risk? Boy do I hope that’s not us.
  5. I hope this is just limited to Higgins in the first. In a historically deep WR draft, it would be criminal for them to neglect to add a solid prospect through the draft. Diggs shouldn’t be all they do.
  6. I’d like to see another pass rusher addition. Maybe an underachiever like Beasley. Or someone like Dante Fowler. Ideally someone that would come a little cheaper and definitely younger than what we have. Not sure that’s possible with some of these contracts flying around. Can’t wait to see what Clowney gets.
  7. Finally. Taking a shot on a stud offensive weapon. Love being aggressive and going and getting a weapon for Josh. As others have said, we weren’t getting anything near Diggs at 22.
  8. Gase is a complete douche. Why would anyone want to play there? They absolutely should have to pay a Jets tax. Proximity to NYC isn’t enough.
  9. Dolphins improving that defense. Not sure how much each of those players moves the needle, as their D was awful last year, but it can’t hurt. Glad Van Noy is off the cheats.
  10. Agreed. We don’t know what wasn’t reported/public. I’m just saying I would’ve liked them to make it happen. It didn’t, so we are only left to wonder what might’ve been.
  11. Fair question. Of course, hindsight is tough to battle since we already know how it worked out, but (just 2019) at the time I would’ve liked them to be in on: - Desean Jackson; - OBJ; - Kenny Stills; - Emanuel Sanders; or - the 2019 Draft. You can’t solve everything in one offseason and there are other factors at play with some of these guys, but any one of these moves would’ve improved our offense.
  12. I’m not saying Beane and McD don’t get this concept. But, they haven’t shown the urgency I’d like to see with aggressively adding offensive weapons to take advantage of this window (and no, I’m not just talking about the past 2 hours the tampering window is open). I’m not saying they haven’t tried or aren’t trying, but eventually you’ve got to take a shot while Josh is cheap.
  13. That move on that Pittsburgh run was incredible. The new cut on a dime.
  14. Is that considered a bro? Or is it a mansierre? ?
  15. Go back and re-read my post. Never once suggested that we be in on all those players. Nor did I say I wanted Williams. Mike’s post suggested some sort of character flaw/anti process. I disagree. On the flip side, too many people on this board are acting like we are only $10-20 million under the cap. It’s that Buffalo Bills fan fear bunkering. The Bills have players they need to extend. Core guys. We get it. But no matter what Beane and co tell you publicly, they know this is the year they’ve been planning for to make some noise. They have to make moves to improve this team while the cheap QB contract window is open. Will they be reckless and get every top guy? Absolutely not. But just extending current players we have won’t cut it. They know that.
  16. We could always just grab Daryl Williams to play RT and slide Ford over to guard. He was all the rage here last year if I recall correctly. He’s not the same talent as Trent Williams, but he’s a free agent (keep our draft picks), he’s only 27, may not cost as much $, already plays RT, and Beane and McD know what kind of person and player he is having been with him in Carolina.
  17. Agree 100%. Stay far far away from high priced RBs in free agency. Don’t care who it is. You can find serviceable value and production in the draft.
