  1. I’d be up for it. Not that I think we should go all James Hardy trying to chase the next Plaxico Burress, but if healthy, Moore could be our Tyler Lockett/Tyreek Hill-type player. Like it or not, we need more team speed. Particularly, on offense. This guy has that. #30 may be a little high with his injury history, but there’s no denying his talent. No matter which position we take, the 30th pick isn’t coming without risk. If Beane decides he’s good with it, then I’m game.
  2. Looks good. Simple, clean(er) look. I like the orange top and the white top versions best.
  3. And he’d still make the Dolphins look silly. He owns them statistically.
  4. Ooof. If that was his take on Josh, what did he think of Tua? 🤦‍♂️
  5. Still loved how he abused Kiko. Just toyed with him.
  6. I’d sooner give up a 4th or 5th for Njoku than I would Ertz. At only 24, he’s got a lot of days ahead of him and I’d like to see our coaches get a crack at making him “the best version of himself”. That’s not to say I wouldn’t also trade a 4th or 5th for Ertz if that’s what Beane wants to do, but I lean to the younger player if we are giving up 4 years of a cost controlled asset.
  7. You paint quite the picture my friend.
  8. Hopefully trolling because the white face masks are super clean. Love those.
  9. That’s fair. We all want what’s best for our Bills, and to your point, I hope those guys are better with another year here too.
  10. No question they’ve had hits on offense from other orgs. My initial post in this thread was in reference to the trend of former panthers on defense. You take a risk going to the FA well because, while you may think you know what you’re getting based on previous performance, you don’t really know the man. I get it. I think that’s why you see the trend of former panthers. They still have connections from their time there either knowing the player first hand or knowing someone in the org that does to help mitigate the risk. Problem is, we’re allocating material portions of the cap to these players that isn’t commensurate with their level of play. I’d rather they save the $ on the average to below average Addison, Butler, Kleins of the world and try to use it on impact free agents that come available (e.g., the crop of free agent pass rushers or tight ends that were available this year). They’ve done some decent things here and there, but they weren’t great signings. I love that McBeane are willing to admit a mistake when it doesn’t work out on the coaching staff, organizationally, or even in game. I just wish they’d rip the bandaid off a little quicker with respect to player swings and misses when it doesn’t work out. 🤷‍♂️
  11. I said “defense” in my post. Why do people get so sensitive about pointing out their proclivity for former panthers? It’s true. Hyde and Poyer are the last two real impact free agents on defense that McD signed from different teams. And that was back in 2017. Doesn’t hurt to poach from other teams now and then.
  12. Dare I say, he’s a Beaneius? I’ll see myself out.
  13. You forgot “former panther” as a prerequisite. 😂😜
  14. Whether the guy can play or not, they do know there are other players who’ve played defense for teams other than the panthers, right? This is some trend.
  15. Wow. Josh looks malnourished in this pic.
  16. Good signing for a new backup QB. Always concerning to think about Barkley coming in. Jets game aside, seems like he got rocked every time he’d come in. Teams knew he was limited. But who isn’t compared to Josh?
  17. Completely agree. Doesn’t seem like the Jets will part with the picks. Hard to get a read on the phins as they’ve been fairly quiet on that front, but they saw what we all saw and more with Tua. He can still turn it around, but the early returns from an individual play perspective were pretty “meh” to me. Still time for him though. The only thing that worried me about the Pats is the connections they have to the Texans new brass in Caserio and Easterby.
  18. Fair. Probably not accurate to suggest moving up in the draft and sacrificing picks would be bailing them out. Even though I don’t think they have the draft capital to pull it off, I was more referring to the Texans situation. Seems like BB has found himself on the favorable end of compensation in trades a time or two over the years. I’ve got no issue with them paying market rate to move up in the draft to take a shot on a guy they like just like everyone else.
  19. You hit it right on the head. Texans scare the hell out of me right now. Hoping Belichick doesn’t pull off some Jedi mind trick on Nick Caserio. Stay strong Nick!
  20. Wonder how much closer we’re getting to the stadium’s new naming rights? 😜
  21. Their D will be pretty stout, but until they get a qb they’ll essentially be most of the 2000-2017 Bills. Decent to solid at everything except the position that matters most. I only hope some foolish team doesn’t do them a favor and bail them out by gifting them a shot at a QB.
  22. Sounds like it worked out then. Drive the price up a bit for a division rival for a player that isn’t great at anything.
