They’re 11-4 playing for the #1 seed and to win the AFCE outright with a win over Baltimore. I give them credit for taking care of their business. With that said us puking away wins to Denver, NYJ and NE or we’d be playing for the #1 seed. Instead we need to win out and hope MIA loses this weekend at Baltimore. I’m hopeful Baltimore wins and brings physicality to the game. First and foremost we better take care of business against NE! If the Bills win the AFCE, that MIA confidence will take a hit!

Hoping a healthy Elam and more time in the film room allows things to start clicking for him. Would be a huge long term bonus if it does!
-
I’d actually like to see a combo of the passing game clicking to get a big lead and then run it down there throats the remainder of the game. It would be good to see Diggs having a bigger impact as well and getting Kincaid engaged. And please no more lateral screens to Diggs!

Unpopular playoff opinion-next year
TFBillsfan replied to BillsFooteball's topic in The Stadium Wall
Miami and Baltimore will be playing for the #1 seed next week. If Baltimore wins they can rest their players in week 18 if they’d like as they’d have the head to head tiebreaker. We certainly want to win the division and secure the 2 seed in that situation. We’d most likely face Indy, Houston or Pitt in the first round. 7 vs 2 Cleveland vs KC 6 vs 3 MIA vs Jags* 4 vs 5 Round two would be another home game against KC, MIA or the Jags. Next year is next year. Seize the opportunity this year!!!! Beat NE and lose to MIA and we’ll be back to Arrowhead to open the playoffs. -
While the Patriots record isn’t good, they’ve been in numerous close games and rarely get blown out. Bills need to take care of business right from the start. Protect the ball, play with discipline and physicality. They got embarrassed earlier in the season against the Patriots so I would assume this game has their FULLl attention. Bills need to score points early and force the Patriots out of their comfort zone. Bills have so much to play for so all the pressure is on them. Last regular season home game so the stadium should be loud. Would love a nice 30-10 win with the Bills playing well in all phases. But expecting a much closer score.

So glad to be wrong! Now just need the Bills to win out and Baltimore to beat MIA and the two seed is there to be had!!!!!
-
KC not playing well, but I just don’t see the Raiders being able to score enough offensively.
-
Outside of the MIA win over Dallas, every game has gone how we had hoped. A Raiders win over KC would be a nice Christmas gift! Hopefully Baltimore gets it done against MIA next week and the Bills keep it rolling against NE.
-
Miami’s gonna beat Dallas aren’t they? Ugh!
-
This is what happens when you don’t turn the ball over and make self inflicted mistakes. They should beat the Texans easily.
-
After last night our conference record is 5-5 which improves to 7-5 if they win out. My sights are winning the AFCE vs WC with two games remaining in the regular season. I would anticipate CLE losing once more.
-
Atlanta had a chance to go up 7 but had to settle for a FG. Don’t see the Texans beating Cleveland which is okay as it should knock them out. Like seeing NYJ winning as it worsens their draft pick.

Feeling a heckuva lot better than the alternative. We are at the point in the season for the Bills of just win and advance. I’m not sure why this team seems to consistently make it harder on themselves than it should be. My heart can barely take it. Can we at least have a nice comfortable win against NE. When this team is hitting on all cylinders they are so good. But far too often they can’t get out of their own way. When the Bills lose it’s usually what they are doing to themselves and not what the opponent is doing. McDermott really needs to address this in the off season. Let’s keep it rolling against NE! Let’s go Dallas, Atlanta and Raiders!!!!!

Playoff Lenny should be active rest of year...

What’s crazy is he’s only 28. -
So are we just done expecting Von Miller to do anything?
TFBillsfan replied to dayman's topic in The Stadium Wall
We are 11 games in now from him being active for two total tackles. I fully get he’s recovering from a major injury but he’s clearly not ready and him being on the field is taking snaps away from others who could be contributing and making an impact. Playing on the DL and having two total tackles is a hard thing to do. I’m just surprised they continue to just roll him out there. Beane and McDermott have to see what the rest of us are seeing. The most frustrating is just his general lack of effort. -
Bills will probably be #3 or #2 seed if they win out
TFBillsfan replied to Giuseppe Tognarelli's topic in The Stadium Wall
You do realize the Bills have ONE more loss than KC. You do realize if they win out they will most likely be a 2 or 3 seed with a 11-6 record. The Bills didn’t “fold” to the Chargers and according to the official box score they WON. Did they play great….nope but they won. There’s not a team the Bills can’t beat when they are on. LETS GO BUFFALO! Merry Christmas! -

TFBillsfan replied to dayman's topic in The Stadium Wall
At what point is Von a liability. He looked invisible tonight and played like George Pickens blocks. Zero impact against the running game and in the passing game gets totally shut down going one on one. Two tackles the entire season. IMO his playing time should be significantly reduced. Two total tackles for the season. -
Sorry the Bills played like crap and weren’t ready to go. For this coaching staff and veteran team to not come out ready is unacceptable. Harty, Cook and Allen with turnovers, the amount of self inflicted mistakes and lack of discipline continues to be a trend. Cook’s fumble and running out of bounds on the last drive with nothing in the passing game was not a good night for him. Brady showed no creativity tonight.

Josh Allen Needs Way More Pass Attempts
TFBillsfan replied to BillsFan130's topic in The Stadium Wall
Didn’t like how the offense looked from the very first lateral pass to Diggs. Get rid of that FN playcall to Diggs. We went 50/50 run to pass against a putrid pass defense. This should have been a great game to get the passing game healthy. Turnovers and penalties were beyond ridiculous and you can’t beat good teams when you play that bad. Josh didn’t have a good game tonight IMO. He missed two huge plays tonight. The INT to Diggs should have been a TD if Josh leads Diggs. He also had Davis for a huge gain in the first quarter but didn’t plant his feet and made a horrible pass. Lastly he seemed reluctant to take the quick and easy throws. I also wish Brady would call some plays rolling Josh out which puts pressure on the D to play the pass or come up and stop the run! Play to Josh’s strengths! -
Mercy that was far too stressful. Team’s energy level was off from the get go with is just unacceptable. Not sure if I liked their overall offensive game plan as they were almost 50/50% run to pass. This should have been a game to get the passing offense humming as the Chargers have been putrid defending the pass. Josh looked off from the onset. I really wish they would do more design runs on the edges vs up the middle when they run Josh. Harty and Cook with bad turnovers. Von was MIA this game and looked uninspired. Ed with a strong night but the rest of the DL was non impactful far too often Josh seemed to ignore the easy passes tonight. Nice to see Shakir and Gabe contribute Strong night for Martin The Jekyl and Hyde personality with this team is maddening! 9-6 and in control of their playoff destiny! On to New England. Let’s go Dallas and Raiders! Merry Christmas BillsMafia!!!!

Daquan Jones’ 21-day practice window has been opened, per McD
TFBillsfan replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
Let him get back up to speed and then be active against MIA if everything is looking good. No need to thrust him back into the trenches against LAC or NE. -
Not expecting Milano back. Let him get fully recovered, rehabbed and his conditioning back and be ready to go for the 2024 season.
