He already flipped on abortion. He literally removed “abortion bans” from the RNC Platform. His position, further outlined this week, is that he will not address abortion federally and it’s now a state issue. As a pro-lifer, who’s not a single issue voter, that’s fine by me. It’s up to us to win the debate on the ground level. Re: Him using evangelicals… WE ALL KNOW THIS. Politicians pander & use people. Why is this news to you? Second this. It was a good show during that time period. Especially if you’re someone who’s into politics and the “inside baseball” game of it behind the scenes. I don’t know where the go from here, but to have your show pulled on one of the biggest political Mondays in recent history has to be a deep wound for them.

Yes, he does. Thats what most people think of now when they think of Trump. Fist raised, blood on his face, in defiance. Even libs like Hasan Piker can admit how iconic and legendary that moment was. You can hate him and still admit that.

Vance would tell me that Trump internal polling looks like a landslide. Because Vance is a forward thinking, policy implementation focused pick.. not someone you pick to help you get elected.

If you don’t think Trump is happy that he has the most iconic picture of this generation, you don’t know Trump. Im sure he, and his family, will have some mental stuff to work out with what happened .. and that’s very real, but Trump is now viewed through the lens of that moment for much of this country … and he now, no matter what happens, has that legacy.
