Honestly, it's time to let the McDermott era go, get a offensively coach and try to win a SB while we have Josh Allen. This coaching staff couldn't underachive must more than any other staff with Josh Alien under QB

Coaches. Fire them all, Dorsey McDermott etc. Ask yourself a simple question really think about it.....How much worse would a Josh Allen/Stephen Diggs combo do under a different coaching staff? I dare say they could do not much worse but possibly better with a different coach. I'm all for the gamble of replacing the staff..and yes, I'm old enough to endure the 18 year playoff drought

McDermott was fantastic for this organization and deserves every bit of praise he gets. However, he peaked years ago, he is a defensive coach. Sometimes to get the job done you got to get rid of the guy in the way

He might be toast, but the Bills and us fans are suffering from PRIME RIB STEAK FAILURE. Not suprising signing a 32 year old to more money than you pay the whole WR corps outside of Diggs only to get injured ( OH he got injured as an old player?) Shocker! Our coaches has failed us. No #2 wr, multiple 1st, 2nd round picks along with many massive signings on the Dline (To cover up from the draft failures), No attempt to upgrade our Wr with Josh Allen as QB. Yeah FU McDermott and Beane! FU And your stupid defense

I personally have been done with McDermott after 13 secs. It was unforgivable to me. I think he peaked, along with Beane. It's time to move on while we still have Josh Allen and take a chance at winning it all. Our current staff is not doing that

I'm on board with a replacement. He and Beane had done fantastic job of turning this organization around, however, they hit their ceiling a couple years ago. We truly need an offensive head coach, we have Josh ***** Allen, how bad does the coaches have to be to not win with Josh Allen and Steff Diggs? Yeah they blow!

Unfortunately the season was derailed imo after the injuries accumulated after Jax, I get the same breath of wind leave me for the season. I hope for the best, but expect the worse. Go Bills!
