Being stacked from triangles caused my slipped disc in my lower back. My left shoulder is just wear and tear. Herniated a disc in my deck from all the pulling. A dozen rib injuries. I have to warm up my hips with an elastic band and stretch every morning before I do anything. My hips are so tight when I wake up that I can barely walk.

I honestly don’t know who would win in a fight between Hackett and Payton. Im leaning Hackett because of age…and that’s it.
