Anyone surprised by this isn’t paying attention. McD is a really nice guy, good coach…but so was Marvin Lewis.

Allen may not have become the QB he is if another team had drafted him, and he’s great and will make a ton of money. But you gotta feel a little bad for him ending up in Buffalo. We are like Siberia, nobody cares about our team or market. And the GM and coach only hinder Allen. Guy will most likely end up with no hardware despite being an alien because he has to do literally everything by himself.

Ravens look unstoppable, Lamar looks unstoppable. I’d rather see Lamar win one than Pat threepeat.

McD scares me the most. His defence underperforms every playoffs and he chokes in big moments. KC and Baltimore are the two teams I think Buffalo loses to on the AFC side. Hopefully the Bills can play theur best football for once when it counts and go all the way.

I enjoyed the article, really happy that McD is opening up. I want the Bills to move on from McD if he can’t get out of the divisional round again, but I really respect him and what he’s down for this team. (Yes, I’m aware Paula will never move on from a guy who delivers two home playoff games because all that matters is revenue, but that’s still my prerogative.)

People are comparing the apathy of the 90s Bills to this team, lol? No offence, but the 90s Bills were going to Bowls every year, this team can’t even get out of the Divisional round. It could be cost fatigue, but it certainly shouldn’t be playoff fatigue.

Allen is the MVP, but won’t get it. That game against the Pats where Brady called a vanilla plan screwed Allen. That was all the voters needed to see.

I like both teams, their fans know suffering.

He’s already got 2 TDs and the Ravens are making an effort, again, to pad his stats. The Bills didn’t afford Josh the same effort, which is crazy to me. Allen is the only reason this team is good/relevant, and they don’t do right by him imo.

I agree but I am not sure that voters care. I still think that the vanilla game plan vs Pats really hurt Allen’s chances. And giving the TD to cook last week from the 1 yard line didn’t help. You’d think an organization that can’t seem to get Allen any help would do better, but Bills….

What does it matter how close the numbers were prior to this game? Lamar is now like 6 TDs and 800 yards ahead. And Lamar’s team and coach do everything they can to an to get him numbers. McD and the Bills are pretty useless, Allen carries this team.

Allen deserves it, but I doubt he gets it. And you’re totally correct, McBeane ride Allen’s coattails, whereas other MVP calibre QBs get help from their front office and team.

Allen lost the MVP last week, which sucks. Lamar’s numbers are way better. And the boys buying him an MVP necklace looks silly AF now.
