Yeesh... how many pages of you guys going back and forth on this now?
No one will ever change their minds. However, I think we can unequivocally say that McDermott isn't considering making a change at QB right now.
I'm fine with "what if" threads because I've started them. But Peterman won't start any time soon, barring injury.
Guys. It's the bye week. Go get outside.
Who really cares what some message board dude thinks?
Good for you. Go grab a cookie. McDermott's sticking with the guy you're done with.
Root for another team if you like.
You won't be missed.
The leeches are truly out in full force right now.
Just pathetic.
Per report?
You mean his report on passer rating?
So... passer rating is acceptable to use when he has a bad game?
But I guess you're going to dismiss his 106.7 passer rating last week?
Or his 126 passer rating the week before against both the 3rd best defense and the 3rd best passing defense in the NFL?
Or that his career passer rating is about the same as league MVP of 2016 Matt Ryan?
Shady, you're name really fits you at this point.
That's not a compliment.
11 players on offense
1 incredible RB learning a new outside zone running scheme
1 young TE thrust into a starting role due to injury with a guy who's a former QB playing TE while learning the position behind him
A starting WR corps that consists of 2 guys with ZERO NFL catches combined in the NFL prior to 2017 and a guy primarily known for his special teams ability (pick Holmes or Tate cause both fit the bill)
An OL that clearly can't run or pass block very well with a rookie at LT and an entire right side in shambles
But yeah dude. It's clearly all our QB's fault.
You're taking a pathetic dive with your posting.
We're 3-2 with Taylor as our starter and have beaten 2 of the better teams in the league that'll probably end up in the playoffs.
Are you saying we won't make the playoffs with Tyrod Taylor as our starter?
What do you mean "same old Tyrod?"
You're never going to see Taylor throw for 300 yards per game, but as I've said, if Taylor can be what he was vs the Jets, Broncos and Falcons consistently, that's a QB we consistently win with.
Let's just be honest here, there is absolutely nothing that Taylor can do to impress you.
And who cares whether you have enough confidence and whether we can beat New England or not? Buffalo already beat two teams that are probably better than New England in the Falcons and the Broncos.
And we did it with Tyrod Taylor as our quarterback.
Bang, our WRs can't friggin get open down the field. Or stone hands Jones ends up dropping the football like he did at the end of the Carolina game or on that embarrassingly clumsy 3rd down play last week.
Everyone keeps saying they just want to see Taylor throw the football, but multiple times yesterday even during the game the broadcast guys were commenting on how none were open on a disturbing number of plays.
Now that Dennison knows Clay is out along with Matthews I hope he schemes our guys open somehow.
Thank you.
God. It's not even selective amnesia. People just become dumber when posting anonymously on an Internet message board.
At least I'd like to think they're smarter in every day life
Worse WRs!?!?!
WTF?!?!
This is an idiotic post.
Kendall Wright & Deonte Thompson (319 career catches prior to 2017) >>>>>>> Kaelin Clay & Zay Jones (ZERO career receptions prior to 2017)
I get that you're probably just a Troll, but this post is pitiful.
