The first time ever I will say this Org is a complete joke.
Pegula's are really starting to look bad IMO, but hey, they own the team right.
-
Truly sad man!
That all I can say

Grade and discuss the overall Draft.
Very happy with our picks this year and pumped to have a extra first rounder next year. I wasn't huge on the Peterman pick but loving it more and more. That pick might be the steal of the entire draft.
-
Might be the biggest steal n the draft right there.
-
Oh yeah, thats an impressive list of fail right there.
It's not but not my point either
-
Say what you will about Whaley at least in the last 4years he has tried to do something at this position that has plague us for years.
EJ
Orton
Tyrod
Jones
Yates
Peterman
I'm 90% sure we will draft one next year in the 1st round unless Cardale, Tyrod or Peterman just completely breakout somehow.
-
Whether Peterman works out or not, if this is the type of stuff the Bills are going to value in a QB under McDermott/Dennison, then I am thrilled!
Accuracy and anticipation, ability to read defenses and change plays at the line, ability to,go through all your progressions, find open receivers or throw them open...
IMO those are some of the most important traits you look for in a potential franchise QB and if the Bills are going to put more importance on these traits going forward I like their chances of eventually finding their true, long term franchise QB.
Much better than big, athletic, mobile, "all the tools" but can't hit water falling out of a boat type QBs...
Not to mention he is one of the smarter QB's in the entire draft.
-
So really you're making the argument already...
Nahh, I will wait to see if things change with Tyrod under our new coaching staff. If and when he starts the same BS as prior years I will post a thread just for you.
-
How long until we see the arguments that Peterman is going to become the Bills starter at some point before the end of the season?
End of the season? Try week 2 or 3 after watching Zay and Watkins run wide open constantly and Tyrod running around like a chicken taking unnecessary sacks.

This guy is our Rudy
-
Seems very interesting. I wonder if they convert him back to safety?
-
I think McD looks forward not back. He didn't pay for this guy and he knows " tough" when he sees it.
He doesn't see it here. Reed, Moulds, heck; even Steve Johnson was football tough. Sammy doesn't appear to be.
I was talking to a Cinncy fan earlier today. He feels the same way about Ross. All the speed and talent in the world doesn't mean squat if the team ant have a reasonable expectation you can make it through a season.
Define tough? How are you supposed to play FOOTBALL with a broken FOOT?

Not that I give a crap about draft grades but numerous outside sources give the Bills a A day 1 and day 2.
-
The Bills are horrible the Bills are losers the Bills suck! Coach McD sucks , Pegs sucks, Whaley sucks, we suck... Kim sucks yes she sucks ..
We love to reach no patience at all a bunch of trade whores. This team I'm done with them.... They draft like a bunch of old timers electing for need rather then best player available. They act like these guys are gonna actually make a difference at a early time in there careers they act like there a need fill away from being good. What a jk. To he'll with them. Smh
Cya mate!!!! Go become a cheese head as you sound like one.

Just posted this in another thread.
Once you are past the third round the likelihood of finding a guy that can come in and compete for a starting role are pretty remote. Do you really think that guys picked in late rounds are significantly better than undrafted free agents? Most of these guys come in and compete for a roster spot and at best become special teamers.
The Bills may very well have picked up three starters, using those late picks to achieve that is smart. I think they have done a good job of working this draft. They may very well have filled three holes. What more do you want?
Nice post Chris = spot on...
Late rd picks are a complete crap shoot,
This draft = 3 biggest holes are filled now. With an additional 1st rd pick next year that people are way undervaluing here.
Honestly, this draft will be very satisfying if we pick up a safety, back up RB and Chad Kelly with our remaining picks.
-
I'd take him tomorrow.
He's def worth a 5h rd pick.
And let him and Cardale fight it out and cut one of them?
You don't need a 3rd stringer?
-
James Hardy clone.
Must be the most boneheaded post I've seen since joining here.
Hands down.
-
Well, moving from a 3rd Rd pick to a 4th Rd pick is giving up a pick in my mind.
And swapping a dollar for 4 quarters is still losing a dollar right?
-
This is a heavy Defensive draft!! Getting a top offensive player is a smart move here. If it was another CB then you could justify complaining.
A few on the site get it
-
Gilmore...out
Tre Davious...in
Woods...out
Zay ....in
The next pick must be to replace Gillislee or Robey.
Actually hoping it's a safety, RB can wait and Whaley loves the 5th rd gems for that.
-
Lots of good WR left. Why give up that extra 3rd? What a dummy
Got a 4th back and a solid ass WR that would not have made it to 44, hence why we traded up. Relax before name calling like a child.
-
Whaley didn't learn his lesson about trading up in round 2. Was that necessary?
Did we need a solid #2 WR? Would he have been there at 44?
-
ANother great pick for our team - 2 biggest holes are filled.
