She is far smarter on foreign policy than Trump.

Actually, she is far smarter than Trump, but that's a different subject.

Trump creates enemies and animosity without reason.

His NATO nonsense is a perfect example. He is completely correct regarding funding, but his presentation to achieve that goal is punkish.

His treatment of those that oppose him is juvenile, unnecessarily insulting, and an embarrassment.

His ability to maintain staff is horrible.

He is vengeful for no reason.

He is grossly arrogant with no background to substantiate it.

His claims of personal achievement are idiotic.

He is rude and has a horrible vocabulary.

Haley is smarter, a better leader and more accomplished.

She fully understands, from a first person view, the failure of the Biden appeasement realm.

    Two really old guys.

One is intellectually dysfunctional, the other an undeniable jerk.

They should take their personal battle outside.

An easy, inarguable choice in my view.

    Late addition.

She also doesn't take office with an axe to grind at DOJ, FBI, and probably CIA.

We don't need that and it is counterproductive.

Biden doesn't even know what those acronyms are, nor who is dead or alive, so he's eliminated from discussion

Right and she’d wipe out Biden in the general if she was the nominee.  Trump vs. Biden is like predicting heads vs. tails.  It just frustrates me that the GOP base might phluck it up and we get four more years of Biden.  At least the Dems were wise enough to stop Bernie from winning the nominee in 2020.  They just seem to me like a better organized party.

I wouldn’t even say he “fell” to 10. Most of the pre draft rankings had him as a late 1st-2nd round prospect. Technically he shouldn’t have even gone ahead of Deshaun Watson.
When the Bills made the trade with KC, the Bills braintrust figured it was for Watson, Terry thought he could still get Mahomes at the back of round 1. He actually wanted to take him at 10, but McD hadn’t scouted QBs so he wanted to wait. Whaley was on record as saying “it’s your team, Mr Pegula, you can do whatever you want.” Pegula sided with his new coach, McDermott, and the rest is history.

Where did you get this info from?

Townsend is UFA.  He's an excellent putner and he's gong to get paid.  I am very happy for him and happy for his time in KC.

The Chiefs aren't opposed to paying good money for a good kicker.  Butker is one of the highest paid kickers in the NFL.  He's worth every last penny....dude is NAILS in the post season.

There is no justification for paying a punter top of market when you are KC.  Either you believe Mahomes is going to make up for some of what you'd need a punter for, or your defense will.  Araiza is a great low key signing for KC.  When KC needs to punt....he will punt.  In some circumstances...he will punt very far....and relatively inexpensively.

For this not to be an OVERALL (including financials) Araiza will have to be pretty bad.  I don't think so.  KC probably going to get alot of bang for the buck on this one.

He gets it.  Also, FWIW there wasn't a team that touched Araiza until all the legal issues (including civil) were completely cleared for those that think the Bills should've stood by him.  The Jets gave him a tryout but decided to go with the infamous 37 year old butt punter in Thomas Morestead.

Just got home from work and just seeing this news now. IMO, it’s just another example/indicator of why the Chiefs have won multiple SBs, and why the Bills are perpetual one (or two) and done in the playoffs every year.

After the late season problems that Martin had, MA should have been signed ASAP by the Bills. Beane let us down, again.

Martin won Special Teams player of the month from the start of December to the end of the regular season in January.

Yea I think Townsend wants the highest punting contract on the market. I think Araiza will start there. But he is a downgrade on Townsend. My issue with Araiza was always his hang time was a problem despite his leg.

Which is pry why he was the third punter drafted in that class.  If you have faith in your punt coverage and want the maximum potential to flip the field he's your guy.  Definitely more risky to give up the big returns though.

Good for him there was no way in hell he  would want come back to this hypocritical organization after all the buffalobills had him guilty before any evidence came out yet they still have a woman abuser on the roster aka von miller

Yes.  The Von Miller and Matt Araiza situations were exactly the same.  Brilliant stuff here as usual.

I didn't know why we didn't sign him instead of Haack...we could've then signed him to a futures contract.

Because Araiza never punted in an NFL regular season game and you'd be asking him to make his first start in a playoff game.

The Diggs trade is an interesting question. Was it smart? I suppose it would depend on a few variables to know for certain. First off, how would that pick have been spent? If it would have played out the way the draft did and we end up with Justin Jefferson on 5 years of cost controlled rookie contract...a case could be made.  Also, what deems the trade that did happen a success? We have won a few AFCE titles. But that's not the goal.

A lot of it depends on the life cycle of the team.  At the time of the Diggs trade we had a QB that needed a true number one to develop and Diggs's contract at the time was favorable for an established #1 WR.  Our offense went from 23rd overall to 2nd overall.  If the Eagles take Jefferson and the Vikings take Reagor in that draft it would be looked at as a steal.  The Titans look like fools for trading AJ Brown and drafting Treylon Burks.  It pry cost the GM and head coach their jobs.  We didn't win the Super Bowl since the trade but having the second most wins in the NFL along with four straight division titles since then is nothing to sneeze at.

Our life cycle now is taking swings at WR in the draft because we have to get younger and cheaper at all positions now that Allen is taking up about 15 to 20% of the cap every year.

Oh, I thought you were implying that’s something they should do.

Yeah.  They're at a super interesting spot in the draft and it all depends on how they feel about the top three QB prospects.  If the Bears stick with Fields then I could see the Patriots trading their 3rd overall to jump up and draft Caleb Williams.  I could also see them staying put and drafting Jayden Daniels or Drake Maye at three.  They could also trade back if the value is right for a team that falls in love with one of the top three QB's available.  They also could just draft Marvin Harrison Jr. at three and sign a veteran QB like Mayfield.  Tough decisions in Foxboro.
