  1. Osu blew it twice in the 4th, had a chance to go up two scores and takes a sack. After watching that field goal just get over the cross bar and the way things were going at the end, when stroud scrambled to the 30 ish, I said they need to get closer. I though it was basically a given since they had the timeout, but they blew it again by not getting any closer there

This team has a lot of talent! And it’s gelling

Jesse is a 2nd round pick … maybe late 1st… mintz is an nba player

finally SU athleticism is back … Benny can leap , Jesse can leap , Judah has bounce

this CAN be a tourney team if everything goes well

Cuse was moving the ball real well, and our best teams have always been when we play inside out and we are doing that now

Mintz is starting to figure it out, he was really good as well as Edwards

  3. Blew another third period lead but got the point back in the shootout with Quinn’s great move.

This team certainly doesn’t lack in scorers, it’s our goaltending/defense that needs to improve. Hopefully Samuelson can mature and help us tighten up that end

  4. Just finished watching this, it was a great trip down memory lane for me. The commercials, the Pepsi point promotion, two friends and I saved up all of the points we could find to buy stuff. Then when my one friend left for the summer for Oklahoma, we split the points just between us and bought stuff lol

I remember riding bikes to buy Pepsi big slams at the convenient store close by and getting excited about any bigger than normal points. The nostalgia made me like it more than maybe I should, I did find it informative as I wasn’t really aware of it at my age then

Re the end of the game and OT, these guys need to move on offense. They let Judah get pressured to death, and no one is cutting or setting screens off the ball. They were all standing around and watching him.

I think the constant pressure, especially this early in the season, wore us down, even more so with an overtime game the night before. We got tired and stopped moving our feet imo
