If he had taken another step while maintianing possession then I think yes the chances are it would have been called a touchdown on the field and reviewing would have been academic anyway.

There is an inconsistency in the NFL rulebook - I will grant you this - that a running back can lose control of the ball a millisecond after he has broken the plane of the goalline and it is a touchdown regardless. But for a catch in the endzone the usual catch rules apply. I get why it is that way but it is frustratingly inconsistent.

I gave up on this idiotic NFL parsing of a catch, when Dez Bryant was ruled incomplete v.s. the Packers Playoff game.

100% Bryant changed from a WR to a RB, the moment his feet hit the ground. And like any trained Receiver he reached the ball out to spike the Goal Line! Becoming a Running Back doing exactly the same thing.

THAT WAS HIS FOOTBALL MOVE… REACHING FOR THE GOAL LINE!

This wasnt the rule at the time of the Dez catch and was changed to this because of that

  2. the fins hype reminds me of the bills when we first got rex as coach. We beat the colts week 1 and then had the pats come in (was it next week or the week after, I thought we were 2-0). Pats quickly brought us back down to earth despite the late comeback that was tried by Tyrod, the game wasnt that close. I expect something similar with the fins game.

  3. On that 4th down play, the entire things was a mess. It seemed like the play call got in slow, then they motioned people over to the other side, by that time Josh had to rush to get the snap off which allowed the D to time the play clock. Would be hard for anyone to get the block in that spot. Should have called timeout

  4. I had an Alabama Crimson Tide shirt on, I am not even a fan (wife's side of the family got it for me and it was my last clean shirt). After the first quarter I took it off and found the Bills shirt I wore from the last game (still dirty in the laundry room) and put it on, I didnt care that it smelled like sweat, the game was too important. Wore that the rest of the night and the rest was history

Seems there are 90 videos of Grand Theft Auto 6 in development.

Pretty cool to see how they do it.  Backgrounds, physics, interactions, developer tools.

*Spoiler Alert*  If you watch it will give away protagonist info and most likely the setting.

I appreciate the enthusiasm. I guess my one word response is Jacksonville

5 for the entire season. And yes, I further predicted 4 of their first 6 with another loss coming somewhere after that. Cut me some slack on a prediction. :)

No worries just wanted to make sure we were on the same page, it seems funny to me is all lol

This was my prediction months ago. This last game does serve as some incentive to change it. I get that. But I'll give it another game or two and see.

So to keep your prediction on they need to lose 4 of their next 5, but you need to see another game or two before you change it?? 🤣

I have serious doubts about the Giants, but I’ll follow the, to see if they can stand up to the Ravens.  I doubt it.  I have to stick with a fellow Frannies guy.

Fish yes, as I want the Media to bang the drum on is BB washed up?

It would be fun to see Mayfield beat his Browniies as I have no respect for their decisions on Watson even though I understand the business reason.  He’s pond scum.

the Bucs always interests me as I live here and hate Dallas.  Both O Lines suck with these injuries and retirements.

Bottom Line.  THE NFL IS BACK!  LIFE IS GOOD!

Giants are playing the Titans FYI not ravens (jets are playing them)
