Spags is a genius....he plays a ton of man on blitzes and tells his dbs to hold like crazy. 80% of these plays aren't getting flagged on the NFL's darling.
Yes once he crosses the plane it should be an instantaneous TD. And on top of that he got 3 feet in? This ridiculous NFL rule needs to be completely reevaluated.
Stopping them on 4th & 2 was the game. Momentum shifted immediately and we never looked back. Bernard as usual played well and hopefully the injury is minor. One week closer to getting Von back and Milano down the road.
None of Hamlin, Edwards and Bishop are pro bowl caliber. But you're paying Edwards 2.8M in cap which is more than the other 2 combined. Did his preseason injury really knock him back this much?
I stopped trying to figure out McDermott a long time ago. What's the deal with Elam, Edwards, Hines, Harty, Samuel? Are they all just camp bodies? Mike's making nearly $3M this year to be a 3rd string safety?
Completely agree...during Josh's first 2 years in Buffalo, our OL was weak and he trained himself to burst from the pocket early. In the subsequent years for the most part Josh had more open wrs. Acquiring Cooper will allow other wrs to get open. And this should reduce 17's urge to bolt the pocket. Because of his first few years in the league, this part of his game is just in his DNA.
