It was rigged!

Loading up on defense doesn’t work because they still play under McD. It will never be good enough. We have like 30 pass rushers and none of them are good under McD.
Its time for offense.

I mean you literally have to ignore and throw out whatever the regular season ranking was for our defense. It's all meaningless once the playoffs start. That #1 or #3 ranked defense turns to mush real fast. Other than Taron's pic6, I can't remember one critical stop by our defense in 10 playoff games. Pathetic, no wonder Andy fired his ass.
Very true. And Jim Johnson too!

Another reason why KC won tonight:
They kicked FG’s on 4th down.

My own eyes just saw Mahomes led his team on a Superbowl winning drive…again.I mean, he basically took over the game and won.

Again, what did he do that made him the best? Nothing special. Hit wide open guy in the flat at the end. No special run, not touched before 1st down. He had an avg at best game. Was able to win because of his defense and special teams played great games.
Josh wouldn’t have to be the best either if we ran a quality D scheme that didn’t collapse every year. The 49ers were toast as soon as they switched to a soft cover 2.

What did Mahomes do that made him the best? He played ok tonight. Threw a pick and had 1 touchdown gifted on a special teams blunder by the 49ers, and another easy pass on a wide open 3yrd play. He took sacks, made terrible throw aways, had 2 intentional grounding ( only 1 called). His defense and special teams carried his team tonight.
He threw the game winning TD in OT and had 2 drive extending runs.

We can’t be mean to the Jets right now because they might be the only team stupid enough to trade for Diggs.

What? I didn’t get that at all. Maybe Diggs will be gone, complete turnover of coaching staff and FO and every other player will bail at some point and if so good riddance BUT Josh will be a Bill for life. Even if he wanted to leave there is no way Buffalo would ever let him. Letting him leave would be the most foolish decision a team has ever made in the history of the NFL. Franchise tag after franchise tag if need be lol.
The best situation Buffalo could hope for is to have the opportunity to choose Josh over McD after next season but I think his mind is pretty much made up already. There will be 2 California teams likely looking for QBs by then and I expect him to demand a trade.
A “Bill for life” was never realistic. He’s been tortured enough.

It’s becoming painfully clear that next season will be the last for Josh in Buffalo.

I was on Diggs side last off-season.
This year, especially after that KC game.. bruh.. shut up.
He’s exhausting and nobody wants to hear this drama from a guy who played the last half of the year like a WR2.
Allen answers this question correctly time after time while Diggs is in a perpetual “only God can judge me” phase.
What did he do now?

Happy for coach Frazier as he is good man...happier that he has moved on as his plannig-schemes and gameday decisions are old-stale and he owns some-most of the 13 seconds debacle which has wrecked the credibility of the head coach with the fanbase..
Nice try. lol.

Anyone saying this isn’t cryptic or weird is just using blinders. He knows his contract doesn’t allow (financially, for the Bills) a trade so even if he wasn’t happy here, why not just say “I can’t wait to go at it with Josh and the boys again next year” or something equally non-attention grabbing. He’s a narcissist just like his brother.
He’s a drama queen. That’s why.
Now at this point we aren’t trading him since his skills have diminished so really the only decision left is whether keeping him hurts the team and we lose production/value from the wasted roster spot or not. He disappears in the playoffs more than any other player I can remember. He’s a total no-show when it matters so I think it’s an easy decision for Beane.
-
He would be absolutely worthless on our team.
-
I say no because rookie WR’s rarely contribute much in their first year, and we’re running out of years with this regime and Josh.

Stef's last 12 games this season (incl. playoffs) resulted in a 57% catch rate. Regardless of the truth or real reason for this drop off, it's still a 27million dollar problem.
Yeah, I think he’s gone in the off-season. Beane will just say it was a really tough decision (it isn’t) and most will believe him and move on.

Those Bills teams were known for their partying. Honestly a thing of legend still. Wonder how many Superbowls they could have won if they didn't.
None.

Yeah! Let's get retreads instead like Vic Fangio or Arthur Smith!
Todd Bowle’s defense would get us over the hump.

Maybe in the 90's. Two elite WR weapons are way more important in today's NFL as far as winning a Super Bowl.
You also need a top 5 defense. If you look at the SB winners over the last 10-15 years, they all had top defenses except for KC and NE, and even they played like a top defenses during those runs. They improved drastically in the playoffs.
Bucs were 1 both times
Rams were 1
KC and SF this year 2&3
Philly (lost) but was still 1
Ravens were top 3 both
Seahawks were 1
Denver(Manning) were 1
Giants were 1 or 2
Steelers were top 3
Colts (Manning) top 3?
The narrative that you can win with the 12th or worse ranked defense has never been true. The defense can really be no worse than 7th and trending up to have a shot.

I would like to see “this” version of Josh win, not a crippled Payton Manning version with a broken neck that can only throw the ball 10 yards down the field.
McD remembers that Payton Manning. He lost to him. Sad!

There isn’t any need for a “rebuild” next year. The offense is going to come back intact (except maybe Morse as a cap casualty). They will most likely add a WR in the first round. It has the potential to be great. Not good, great. Yeah, lot’s of questions on D but there is no way next year should be a rebuilding year.
They need 2 new starting safeties and 1 CB at the very least and then there’s the DL. Looks like an entire defensive rebuild to me.

Giants are moving up for a QB or they take your selection at 6 as a last resort. They really don’t have a choice.
This is year 3 and Schoen still hasn’t selected a QB. You don’t get a 12 year plan in NY. It’s this year or they are gone. They need their Franchise guy. It’s ***** or get off the pot for those clown shoes.

Reid’s play calling was definitely pretty bad in the 1st half of that game. Some of those runs were questionable.
