Wonder if Hauschka kicked that short on purpose? -

Damn, that sucks. But I’ll cut the guy some slack. It’s his first extra point missed as a Bill. -

Oh, I would have been sooo pissed if that TD would have been called back too. -

Yeah, he pulled up. It is so blatantly obvious that he is playing not to get hurt. -

He has been much much better than Gory has at C. Plus he helps call out protections at the line, which is something I haven’t seen Groy doing (though it can be hard to tell for sure. But I know Groy wasn’t really doing that when he was our starter at the beginning of the season). -

Crap. Bodine ruled out for the rest of the game. -

Yeah, our Run game seems to be suffering ever since Bodine left the game. -

Benjamin makes no effort to catch any ball that doesn’t come directly to him (and I know he has no chance at that pass) -

Ah, McKenzie was wide open. Don’t know why Allen went to McCoy. He didn’t even look to the right side of the field at all. -

RIP. Thoughts and prayers to his family. I may not have always agreed with his politics or everything he did, but I respected him.

IMO I don’t think it is. Eichel just kind of gave him a little push. Its a play that happens 50 times a game. McDonaugh just happened to lose his balance. Probably 8 times out of 10 Eichel does that and nothing comes of it because McDonagh doesn’t lose his balance. I thought a 2 minute boarding penalty was all the punishment needed. I’d be surprised if Eichel faced any type of suspension. But who knows with the NHL...

Is Vander Eshe to Edmunds the same as Juju to Zay
BillsFan4 replied to Teddy KGB's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Bills are betting on Edmunds higher ceiling. It isn’t about just this season. It’s about next year and the years that follow. Edmunds has a ridiculously high ceiling, and the Bills have one of the better (IMO) LB coaches in the NFL, plus a head coach who has shown an ability to develop LBs. They are betting on this coaching staff being able to develop Edmunds into the player he has the potential to become. I like that the Bills didn’t just make the safe(er) pick. This regime wants greatness and they are willing to take some risks to achieve it. -
Well, we knew it had to come to an end eventually. Kinda figured it would be tonight. Buffalo was actually lucky that it was a 1 goal game. Tampa dominated for large stretches of that game. Rough game from a few guys, too. Dahlin with some big mistakes. Hutton, for as great as he was, let in a couple that I’m sure he’d like back. Defense struggled without mccabe. But they had s tough task tonight, being down a d man most of the night + beaulieu’s 10 min. misconduct with McCabe already down. They looked exhausted by the end of the game. Oh well. Lets hope they get right back on the winning track tomorrow and start a new streak!

They made some tweaks to the face off rules last season, and made it a point of emphasis to start strictly enforcing faceoff violation rules that were already in the rulebook. They havent been as bad with it as they were to start last season. But some refs are still more strict than others (like the refs last night...). It drives me nuts. I feel like I am always yelling at the TV, saying “drop the ******* puck already!”. lol
