The way this team has run the ball this year is pathetic and it will absolutely be a priority of this team going forward. The worst thing you can do with Allen is voluntarily let teams make us one dimensional. We will address the position wether people want to or not. Might as well see if we have a solution in house

The season is over. Play as many young guys as possible now. I wanted Barkley to play when we still had a chance. And looking bad, we absolutely still had a shot. That’s over now. Play Ford and Murphy. If they aren’t good enough, we need to draft a RB. Nothing left to see with Shady

There is nothing left to see from Shady. There is not a single reason left to play McCoy another down in 2018. Ice up and hope this year was just a bad season. Not the end of a great career. McCoy looks completely finished and it’s sad to see. Save the misery. Put him out for the rest of this year and see what the young guys have. No argument will ever convince me to put McCoy back in. We are out. He is banged up. He has done nothing but struggle...End it. Murphy and Ford.

I expect the Bills to go 0-3. 3 weeks ago I thought if we could have found a way to get to 7-7, we could still maybe get in. We had 4 very winnable games ahead and all we do is choke. If you are counting on this team to do anything but lose, you will be disappointed.

IR Shady and call up Ford and let’s see what we have at RB. Let Ford and Murphy be the RBs for the last 3 meaningless games

What possible reason would there be to not instant IR him regardless? Just end the misery

It’s not going to be a popular opinion but I think what we really need is a stud all purpose back. I’m not saying you have to take one early in the draft but I think Shady is clearly about done. What Shady has been for the last few years is the thing Allen needs the most. Our WRs might be better then people think. We just can’t run. A few big time lineman and an everydown difference maker at RB and our offense could be good.

I know now is the least sensible time to mess with it, but I’d still like to see another game of Barkley. It won’t happen now and now isn’t the time to try it. It would be nice to know if we have a legit long term back up before the draft. Allen plays so wreck less that he’s going to get hurt and a backup is going to be important. It would also tell us a lot about Allen, if Barkley went in and put up 35+ again. I know it won’t happen but Allen is going to get hurt. He got real close today. This next game means absolutely nothing and won’t change Allen’s future one way or another. If you let Barkley start and he crashes and burns, you go into the offseason looking for a backup. If he lights it up again and proves there are plays to be made in the passing game...then you have a backup, you have a OC, you may have WRs and you might have a competition at qb next off season. Allen was really taking shots today and at the end of the day, this lions game won’t effect Allen one way or another. If you play Barkley and he plays well again, you might have your QB situation set up for 3 or 4 years.

I know it won’t happen but I wouldn’t mind promoting Dabol to HC here and bringing in an aggressive mind to coach the Defense. The league is going towards offensive head coaches and McDermott leaves a lot to be desired. I don’t want a complete house cleaning because I don’t want Allen to start over with a new system. In a perfect world McDermott just takes over the Defense, gets rid of Fraiser/Crossman and Castillo. Because I know he won’t get rid of them, I’d be fine with moving on from McDermott. The defense is decent but comes up small in every big spot. I like what Dabol is doing now and I don’t want to split the QB up from the OC.

There are very good players on the defense. It’s 100% Fraiser. The same reason he’s been run out of every other place. Complete soft shell bull ***** that will just get carved by any patient QB. Looks good against erratic passers. Destroyed by accurate pocket passers. The DC is a major problem and Mcd should have just taken over the defense after week 2. We will just stick with him and fall apart like the panthers defense is now. Just like the Oline coach and the STs cord, Mcd will stick with guys that continue to underwhelm. Choosing the right staff is a very important aspect of being a HC.

Well no ***** Sean. It was obvious for about 11 weeks that the STs was a big issue. Give Crossman 8 or 9 more games and then get serious about making a change. These guys downfall is going to be not knowing when to cut bait on dead weight. Peterman got about 15 games more then he should and still somehow managed to lose us 3 this year. The STs have been terrible for a year and a half. Week 14 seems like a good time for the coach to notice.

I mean, we could have just had Cooper if we had the balls to trade. Our pick was going to be better then Dallas’ anyway. I said a month before the deadline we should try and trade for Cooper but everyone always wants to sit on our picks. Use our picks on WRs like Zay Jones. A guy that hasn’t had a single 100 yd game in his career. Yet an UDFA Robert Foster has basically 3 in the last 4 games.

I like him but I need to see more consistency in the passing game. Missing on way to many easy throws and putting us behind schedule. Also to many wild decisions leading to picks. I’m not completely sure he’s not. That’s better then it usually is with Bills QBs.

It should just be a 10 min quarter. When it’s over, that’s what the score is. Either that or just no time. Each team gets a possession. Play until someone wins

Not as many as we heard “wait until next year” It’s always going to be different, until it’s not. Then when we are 4-6 next year we will have some magic waiting in the wings for 2020. Nothing is a given. I couldnt careless about these “next years” that never come

I want to win games. Beating Miami and the Jets would have done more for us then 3 spots in the draft. if we could have just closed out those wins, we would have been 1 game out with the lions at home this week. I’m not interested in celebrating losses. Especially division games that you had won, while still technically alive for the playoffs. That’s what losers do.

They aren’t talentless now. It’s all just ***** that people eat up. The defense has very good players on it. The defense should be very good. Late leads should be safe. Especially at home. Especially against the qb leading the league in INTs. Fraiser is terrible. He always has been. There’s no reason for us to be expecting to have a 4 win year. On offense, Guys are open and guys can make plays. We scored 41 points against the jets in NJ. Not going back to Barkley for at least 1 game is the ***** I’m talking about. There was no harm in seeing where that went. This offense could be real good and we might have some excellent WRs but it’s hard to tell. Barkley was getting it out on time and to the correct guy in the right place. You don’t bench a guy after you score 41. It’s just dumb stuff like that I can’t stand. Allen needs to play but there’s no rush. He does some cool stuff but he’s also completing 50% of his passes in a league where it’s built to complete 65. He’s running for incredible yardage but teams would give you that instead of having a guy carve you all game long. We are nowhere near 41 points again and it sucks that we were in a huge rush to get away from that.

I might be okay with them moving on from Mcd and just making Daboll the HC. I don’t want Allen to have to start over. I know after last year Mcd is a made man and has no chance of getting fired...but today’s loss is sickening. Same with the Miami game. Gameday decision making is terrible. Clueless about challenges and clock management. Puzzling personnel decisions are constant. The defense gives up points in big spots all the time. We hold onto wastes to long. Peterman hung around for way to long. Crossman. KB. Sadly probably Shady although I wanted him to stay. Castillo. Clad etc...I have very little faith in this guy going forward.

8-8 would be good compared to this ***** season. I don’t care what the convenient built in excuse was for this season. Blowing a lead at home to the pathetic jets and blowing that game in Miami last week, was not part of a plan. Losers lose. You want to change the “culture” here? Stop blowing leads. Losing helps nothing

I’m really concerned that this guy isn’t the right guy to have here going forward. The defense folds in big spots constantly and game day management is terrible. Unless we force turnovers we lose. I’m glad everyone else is sure this tebuild will work. I just can’t get there. I am tired of seeing this team blow games that they should be wining. I don’t care about gaining 2 spots in draft position. I care about believing this team can actually win games at some point

This team is just learning how to lose. How can anyone be happy with blowing a 2 possession lead at home to a team that had lost 6 games in a row? Losing this game does nothing positive. This coach will still be here and his defense blew another late lead. What part of building should be choking away leads to bad teams?
