He executed the strategy, but, not well IMO. The Giants needed the Bills to implode and they did (again).

So, we have the blueprint. Do you not think that the Bills coaches and players understand this? Were they beaten by superior coaching yesterday? Were they beaten by superior talent yesterday? I want to say 3-1, but, these are after all our Bills...2-2. I see, at this point, no reason for optimism. Why should I believe that the stupid penalties will somehow melt away? Why should I believe that a leader will emerge on offense? Why should I believe that a leader will emerge on defense? Why should I believe that any player, outside of Carpenter, will be held accountable by this coaching staff? Why should I believe that Roman can string together more than 1 game?

The defense allowed the Giants offense to dictate the pace of play and they play calling itself.

Urban is a victim of the Urban Meyer system. He has a QB who doesn't fit the system and he doesn't know how to adjust to use his talents best. He also has a RB who needs to be fed the ball a minimum of 25 times/game, but, he's only reached that number of carries once this season. He isn't going to change because he has his system and that system is holding back this year's team.
